Interaction avec les clients: Je vis un mile de la propriété. Comme les clients arrivent à différents moments de la journée et ne sont jamais certains de leur heure d'arrivée, je me rends compte qu'ils sont beaucoup plus heureux de savoir qu'ils peuvent accéder à l'appartement avec le Keysafe. Je suis toujours au bout du téléphone pour répondre à vos questions ou devriez-vous chercher des recommandations? Je suis membre du Chelsea Arts Club et, lorsque je suis sur place, je suis ravi de vous connecter - l'un des joyaux cachés de Londres :)
Well appointed and clean- close to Portobello Road and Notting Hill
Clean and tidy. A bit short on towels (only two medium and two hand towels) but owner is going to fix that. Transport links excellent, as frequent buses to anywhere two minutes walk away. On 1st floor so may be an issue with heavy cases. A very nice quiet street off Ladbroke Grove, with a short walk to the Ladbrook Grove tube station, around which lots of small supermarkets/takeaways/cafes, however, in the evenings some slightly dodgy people and a few beggars- mind you they are everywhere in london nowadays! Liked the local wildlife- saw a fox in the garden!
Would recommend to friends.

Giusto quello che cercavo!!
La settimana trascorsa a Londra è stata davvero fantastica. Appartamento veramente azzeccato...situato in un ottima zona, in centro ma con una quiete particolare difficile da trovare in città; ottimo per muoversi liberamente e rilassarsi al rientro in casa. La proprietaria è una persona eccezionale, parla perfettamente l'italiano ed ha saputo consigliarmi anche alcuni posti dove ho trascorso ottimi momenti con la mia ragazza. La casa è veramente graziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio con gusto; ideale per chi vuole associare relax e cultura. Un peccato doverla lasciare...

Wonderful hosting!
Caz has been a very friendly host. Everything was very well organised and my parents did not had to worry about a thing. The flat was neat and cleverly designed.
The street itself is quiet and picturesque with a famous Portobello market just five minutes away.

Amazing space and tranquility in a buzzy area
I spent 5 days in this spacious apartment. The bedroom backed onto the garden and was wonderfully quiet. The drawing room was great and the broadband superfast. I had some work to do and it was the perfect base. In November there were a couple of crisp clear days when warmly dressed I was able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunny weather. Close to an endless number of small independent boutiques, coffee shops and restaurants I spent most most of my time exploring the immediate area - I would highly recommend it.

Great location, lovely flat
I stayed at this beautiful flat in October 2013. It was well appointed and very comfortable. Caz made me very welcome, and I had a fantastic stay in London.

Wonderful 2 Weeks
Our Bassett Road apartment was everything we'd hoped it would be for our two week 30th Wedding anniversary trip. This was our first experience renting a vacation apartment and we are very happy with the experience.
The apartment was just as advertised, nicely furnished with plenty of space to relax and unwind after a full day of sightseeing. The bedroom had lots of closet space with a comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room sofa was large enough for both of us to relax and watch TV. The large deep bathtub was perfect with plenty of hot water for a relaxing bath or shower.
Caz was waiting fro us at the apartment when we arrived. She showed us where everything was and gave us helpful information about restaurants and stores in the neighborhood which was pleasant, quiet, and safe. The tube stop was only 3 blocks away and was a supermarket, and the lovely French deli which she had recommended for breakfast. The famous Portobello Market was also within easy walking distance.
We highly recommend this apartment and give it 5 out of 5 stars. Caz, you are outstanding. Thank you for helping make our anniversary trip to London such an enjoyable and memorable experience.
