Having stayed in several Swansea hotels, which we frequently do to visit family, we were fortunate that these apartments were vacant at this time. We were given a free upgrade and my goodness the apartment was beautiful. A proper balcony to sit out on with 2, 2 seater settees with cushions. Views from every room. 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms. Dining area. Kitchen 2 big leather sofas and a huge television. There was nothing you could need. Even down to tea and coffee. We shall no longer even bother looking for hotels if these are vacant. Secure underground parking too. Out host Mo met us at the apartment, was very welcoming and greeted us like old friends 😊. The apartment was so nice we booked an extra night without any hastle whatsoever. If you are looking for somewhere immaculate,quiet and with gorgeous views in a great location with everything you need, please look no further you would be silly to go elsewhere.. Trust me we have and and these apartments win hands down EVERY time.

Stopped for a few nights with my wife, location is great; very close to bars and resturants. The view from the balcony is fantastic, however, once the building a cross the road has been completed it spoil it slightly. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped. Town is only 10 minutes walk away and well worth a walk around. Paul the apartment manager is great, full of helpful facts of where to visit and eat, he is also available on his mobile 24/7 in the case of emergency. Underground secure parking is included. We loved this place and am sure will revisit

A very upmarket apartment nicely furnished with great views of the sea and marina. We booked a one bedroom but were upgraded to a two bed with a note saying if we used the second bed it would be another £30 a night. After 3 phone calls saying what time we would arrive we still waited outside for 15 minutes before someone arrived to let us in, parking in the basement was a bonus. The welcome pack was a nice touch but no milk as promised. We enjoyed our two night stay and would return.

We enjoyed a two night break here at the end of June. Paul contacted us via email with clear unambiguous details and directions the day before we travelled. He was there to welcome us on arrival and made himself available to contact during our stay. The Apartment was simply stunning with spectacular views across the bay and beyond. We very much appreciated the provision of breakfast cereals, jams, milk, tea and ground coffee. A good selection of bars/restaurants on the doorstep. Hope to be back.

Wanted a contemporary appartment base for exploring Swansea and Gower with friends who were over from Sydney. Booking was easy and communication regarding keys etc unproblematic. We were met by Paul who showed us how to access the underground parking and then showed us to our appt on floor 8 and helped us with choosing local restaurants. The rooms were clean and furnished to a high spec. The kitchen diner was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed making the most of the decked dining area and sat eating and drinking in the sun. Fab views over the Marina. The complimentary coffee cafetiere was a much needed tonic in the morning. Much better value than hotels of the same price bracket and perfect for accessing the Marina and city. Will return for another city/surf break!

We had a great time in Swansea and in this nice furnished apartment with a spectacular view form the roof terrace, next to the city and the beach, nearby pubs and restaurants, totally quiet, secured apartment-house, big parking space in the underground carpark, lift and a very kind landlord. Looking forward to come back.
