Recently stayed at this location for one week.
Appartment was lovely, clean and fitted with all one would need
for self catering.
The view from the front windows was captivating, overlooking the Bay/
Harbour plus Cal Mac Ferries which were coming and going continuously.
Excellent location near to Town Centre and Car Park where I was able
to purchase (online) a weekly parking ticket.
Would certainly recommend the property and may well visit again.

Stayed at the little bay apartment for a week and wow what a great place to stay will definitely use again Jane and Kevin are great at keeping in contact about your holiday and as for parking I bought a permit online to park in the car park down the road

Amazing
From when we open the door, we were not disappointed the apartment was spotlessly clean and decor was first class. You could just sit all night and look out the window the view was amazing. The apartment is central so walking distance to anything. Would definitely recommend.

A great place to stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Bay. The location is excellent and walking to the town centre and the many shops and supermarkets is easy. The view over the bay and the comings and goings of the ferries was enjoyable. Our party of 4 found the apartment spacious and well equipped and we wanted for nothing. There was always pay parking available in the street very nearby and free street parking a couple of blocks away - but we were not there during school holidays. The apartment is on a single level so once one has used the steps to reach the front door, everything is 'on the level'. We would not hesitate to stay again.

A lovely stay in Oban

Perfection
We visited Little Bay as a group of 4 (two couples). Booking through to locating the apartment was spot on due to the communication received throughout from Jane. Parking was very easy in the long stay carpark that Jane shows on the map. £6 for 24 hours and you can see the car from the window if you park towards the back. The pictures do not do this place justice. Spotlessly clean with breathtaking views it was more than we could have hoped for. Location was excellent and we would not hesitate to book again. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!

A fantastic view of Oban waterfront
This is a beautifully appointed flat, spacious and had everything we needed to make an very enjoyable stay. The welcome pack was great to have after travelling all day. The heating has a smart controller, so just move the dial if you need more warmth, it couldn't be simpler.
As this flat is in such a good position, the parking is a little challenging, but we managed to find a street nearby that had no charge. Also not great if you don't do stairs, as it is on the third floor. For us, we were pleased to be rewarded with a great view of the bay and we were happy to wander around Oban and have a rest from using the car, as there is plenty to do there.
The view of the bay is ever changing, stunning sunsets, but even when raining there is lots to gaze at. We particularly enjoyed looking at the ferries coming in and out of the harbour and on some days just spent hours looking out of the window, reading books, social media and even in the evening enjoying a dram of whisky!
We booked a trip to Staffa, which was amazing, particularly enjoying a bit of puffin therapy. If you like sea food, it is a short wander from the flat to the waterfront where it is served up fresh and can be eaten on a table outside. We also enjoyed the chocolate shop and several other little restaurants, all with great views of the bay.
On a wet day the distillery proved a good option to visit and taste a flight in the bar. My favourite is the distiller's edition. There are also lots of small quaint coffee shops to dodge showers.
Inverawe smokehouse is 30 minutes away and a great place for walks and buying smoked salmon.

Lovely apartment with a great view!
We stayed in Little Bay apartment for a week at the beginning of June and had a great time. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean with fantastic views out over the ferry port (fascinating in its own right!) to the isles of Kerrera and Mull. Just five minutes walk to the centre of town and to a big supermarket. Communication with Kevin and Jane before we booked was excellent, answering the queries we had very promptly.
Just a couple of things to be aware of, the apartment is two stories up in an old tenement building so luggage needs to be carried up quite a lot of stairs (!) and there is no long-stay parking immediately by the entrance to the building. We managed to get free parking on the street about a 100 metres away but that might be problem at the busiest times.
Anyway, a lovey place in a lovely area. We would certainly use again if we go back to Oban.

Beautiful apartment in a good location
Just returned having spent 4 nights here. It is approx 5 mins walk from the town centre including the train station and ferries. The communal building itself is very well looked after. Apartment has large well sized rooms and is very cosy even in November. Super comfy bed/ bedding. View from the front windows is lovely - you look over Oban Bay and can watch the ferries come and go as well as watching the ever changing weather. Apartment has everything you could possibly need, was super clean and supplied with hand sanitiser and wipes as well as the usual cleaning items. Also received a welcome pack which was lovely. Jane was very helpful in our communication when we made the booking and 'check in' was non contact. If we were returning to Oban, I would have no hesitation in booking here again - had a fantastic wee break in a beautiful apartment which is central, comfortable and homely.

Large Apartment
Large beatiful apartment, very comfortable home from home with all you need for a perfect holiday. Fantastic views from Lounge and so close to town centre.
Very nice touch from owners with a welcome pack. Would definitely return in the future.
