We could not have been happier. The location is unbelievable … in the heart of the restaurant and shopping district and just adjacent to the Princes Street gardens. Lovely, sparkling clean flat with great little touches everywhere. Even a small pretty cake to greet us. Thank you so much!

Me and my wife stayed for the weekend with our 10 year old son who is oxygen dependent. We had a delivery of oxygen on Friday and a collection on Monday. Gareth went above and beyond to help by being there for the delivery and being present for collection, making it a stress free weekend for us which is not always the case. As for the property it’s exactly as it’s listed, absolutely spotless and perfect in every way. Milk, bread, butter, jam and more as a welcome. Can’t wait to return in the future and we would recommend it to anyone 👍👍👍

A lovely apartment with plenty of space for a family. Gareth is the perfect host who communicated with us and made the entire check-in process very easy. The bedrooms were all good size and the beds very comfortable.

Very comfortable flat, close to all shops, cafes and restaurants. Within walking distance of museums and other joys of this beautiful city.

This flat was perfect for our 3 night stay in Edinburgh. We were travelling with our little one (under 2) and the place was child friendly too. Gareth was very kind and helpful with check in and check out and even had milk and some snacks for us upon our arrival. The flat couldn’t be in a better location either. You can’t go wrong with this booking!

This was a fantastic place to stay in Edinburgh! The flat was beautiful, clean and in a great location - near shops and restaurants and within easy walking distance of the castle. It was the perfect home base for our family of 3. Would highly recommend!

Our trip was one of those trips that had to be arranged due to covid and Gareth’s communication throughout it all was fantastic. Checkin was very easy and Gareth was always contactable if we needed him. The flat itself is lovely and homely, in a fantastic location - slap bang in the middle of Edinburgh making everything walkable but the street itself was lovely and quiet. We would highly recommend booking!
