Location is good. We were surprised that the key to the apartment needed to be picked up @ a hotel 15 minutes from apartment. Once we made it to the apartment we were disappointed with the interiors. One bathroom had yellow water stains on 2 of the walls. The bedroom had dirt marks on walls and on the light switches. The baseboard molding is broken and hanging off of the wall. The heat valve is completely broken off the the radiator. These really need to be taken care of for future guests. I have pictures of the problems if you would like them. We didn’t receive clear instructions with correct unit number in advance. Luckily we ran into the cleaning team who told us the correct apartment number. Not a good value. We expected way better for what we paid. It would be nice to have a laminated bullet points available for a quick review instead of trying to find old correspondence in Vrbo messages.

Clean - close to everything - quiet. Great having 2 bathrooms as well as 2 rooms. We had a great time!

The check-in process was a little challenging since we had to collect keys from a different location, about 6/10 of a mile away. Otherwise fabulous! Great location, walking distance to everything. Cozy apartment!

We stayed here for several days and it was the perfect spot. Great location, conveniently located to the Royal Mile, Arthur's Seat and Holyrood. Great location and so easy to access everything you want. It was a great place to relax at the end of the day.

This property is very cute and perfect for a getaway with friends or family. Perfectly equipped and clean. It is in a quiet location at the end of the Royalmile and within a very short walk to the beginning of Arthur’s seat. There are lots of options to walk and see close by including Starbucks within 400 feet :-). I highly recommend checking this property for your stay in Scotland. Our host was very helpful and very responsive if we had a question as well.

Such a clean place and great location.

The host was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to my requests. The apartment itself however needs some updating. In the master bathroom there is mildew or mold in the shower, on the shower head and hose, and in the corner on the floor. The bathroom walls have obvious water damage also. The carpet in the bedrooms need to be replaced as they are stained, worn very thin, and falling apart in some spots. Some of the kitchen cabinets have water damage also. It would have been nice to have more than one trash bag and dish towel for a 10 night stay with three adults. But, the location and parking space were great.

We liked it so much we came back and stayed the remainder of our trip! Host was great, location was convenient to everything, the apartment was spacious. We had zero complaints.

The apartment is located in a residential quiet area about a block from the main area where restaurants and shops are located. It was very roomy and we enjoyed the two bedrooms and two baths! It was a nice and comfortable stay. The Royal mile is walkable as is the whole city. Bring comfortable shoes for cobblestone streets and a windbreaker! We used Ubers and cabs that were easily available as well. Thoroughly enjoyed a day trip to the countryside and of course learning about whiskey! Our host was very prompt and helpful with information as needed and responded quickly to provide us with the information requested. I definitely recommend this rental!

2nd visit and will definitely book again when I need a home from home in Edinburgh.
