Slap bang in the middle of the Royal Mile are these comfortable and modern apartments, providing all you need and more. We arrived for the rugby weekend and the atmosphere was buzzing. We enjoyed the castle and a spot of people watching from the apartment. We mostly drank and ate in the Royal Mile Tavern (excellent food and really friendly staff). The Filling Station across the road also deserves a mention for their friendly service and much needed breakfast. We did have a problem with getting hot water for a shower on the morning we departed but a message to the owner to alert him saw him reply with extended apologies and a promise to send someone over straight away. Just one of those things. I’m sure he got it sorted very quickly but we had to depart by 10.30am. I would recommend these apartments they are superb.

We have just arrived back from the 4 bedroom apartment. From the moment we walked into the apartment we were impressed with the decor, modern features and cleanliness! It had a real wow factor. For us one of the main pros was the location as we were right in the heart of the action in the fringe and there was entertainment right outside our window, it was very exciting. Everything was within a short walk from the apartment which made life very easy. We parked in the Waverley Station car park which was very convenient. In the apartment the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking equipment we needed and even cleaning products were at hand. The only thing that I would change was extra comfortable seating in the living area as 6 of us couldn’t all relax at the same time but that is a very small detail in comparison to all the amazing points. All my fellow guests were blown away and thought it was a great find. Communication with Michelle was great too.

We booked the apartment without reading any reviews which I try to avoid at all cost (29c) the price was really good, when we arrived the outside was a little concerning, when we opened the door my mind was soon at rest, the place is very spacious, the main living area has no natural light but is very well lit (don't let that put you off in anyway) the bedrooms are large and the beds comfortable, the apartment is best described as luxury, two bathrooms one having a Jacuzzi bath were immaculate, kitchen the same with all facilities you could need. TV is quality too, under floor heating nice too. its as central as you can get id recommend walking or taxi which are as cheap as anywhere in the UK I have been, list of the apartments amenities is endless see the info on here, Loved it and will try and return this year, side note we parked the car at the Radisson Blu which is just around the corner and the prices for parking were very reasonable.

Our apartment was in a basement no living room windows as the they had been bricked up on the outside so no natural air getting in .The apartment was spotless and had everything you needed although one of the doors were locked maybe the Jacuzzi was in there. Shops pubs restaurants just a few minutes away.

Arrived to apartment blair street. Basement flat no windows steep entry stairs slippy when wet. strange layout neutral decor. Digital code entry good idea. As its 3 bed apartment 2 of us stayed on the sofa bed. Extremely uncomfortable and badly stained mattress the duvet was brown. The toilet roll holders in both toilets were hanging off the wall and the toilet seats were poorly fitted also.the ice machine in fridge was blocked on opening the freezer the ice went everywhere, the mirrored wardrobe door would not close either...poor maintenence. The apartment was boiling as there were 8 guests in apartment and could not get temp down. The location is a good central location very noisy at night. On waking the next morning the entrance at the top of the stairs was covered with broken glass not a great family spot if i was considering a return trip. The apartment manager responded to messages but not very quickly when asked questions regarding a deposit. A coffee machine is provided no pods though so anyone going it is a tassimo so you can actually get use if it( a small thing but wouldve been handy to know)

Six of us stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment. The facilities are first rate, although a few more instructions on how to use some of them would have been helpful. Location is perfect on the Royal Mile, once we parked the car, we did not use it again until we left. Parking at Waverley station was quite expensive £21 per day.

Appartement en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Les chambres sont de grande taille, lumineuses et les matelas confortables invitent à une bonne nuit de sommeil récupérateur. Seule la chambre rouge donne sur High Street, ce qui fait qu'elle est légèrement plus bruyante que les 3 autres chambres. Nous étions un groupe de 8 adultes et les pièces communes étaient suffisamment spacieuses pour nous recevoir. La cuisine est très bien équipée : grille pain, cafetière, bouilloire, plaque vitro, lave-vaisselle .... et lave et sèche linge sont également disponibles. Le jacuzzi était bienvenu après une journée de pluie (nous n'avons par contre pas utilisé le sauna) Le logement était situé en plein centre ville, proche de nombreux sites touristiques, commerces et moyens de transport. Un sainsbury's à proximité nous a permis de faire les courses régulièrement. De nombreux pubs et cafés permettent toutefois de prendre le petit déjeuner à l'extérieur à des prix abordables. L'accès à l'immeuble et à l'appartement se fait par l'intermédiaire de code d'accès. Aucune clé n'étant nécessaire, tous les membres d'un groupe peuvent aller et venir à leur guise. Super appartement pour des grandes familles ou des groupes d'amis.

Stunning appartment in a brilliant location, right in the heart of the city centre. Jacuzzi is gorgeous and the place is well equiped. The owner was on holiday and his college Michelle made sure we were settled in and answered any questions i had. I have already recommend this place to my friends and family. Only point I would make is there was no first aid kit and my friend needed badges/dressings after an accident in a bar with broken glass. But apart from that i would highly recommend this place and thanks for having us :) hope to come back soon. Thanks
