The quintessential apartment for a perfect Parisian experience!
It was our first time coming to Paris and we wanted to experience living like a local, if you're after the same vision then look no further! Rosemary's apartment will deliver 100%. It's perfectly sized and equipped with all your essential needs, she prepares an amazing breakfast which will be a highlight of your stay, you will feel extremely safe and secure, and the position is prime. It truly is everything described in the description and more. Rosemary was extremely helpful (and patient) with all my questions about Paris and she really helped to prepare the most amazing itinerary for my 5 night stay. She's extremely sweet and approachable, and will help you with all your hesitations like how to catch the metro in Paris etc.
A couple steps from the front door is the most amazing, award winning patisserie, you're close to transport, and within walking distance to Montmartre and Moulin Rouge, and so much more! Look no further, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy :)

Thank you so much for your wonderful and comprehensive review of 52 Clichy. You were up and at it every day on your mammoth trip and I could hardly keep up, thankfully at breakfasts we could catch up and of course our trip to the Louvre.
It's such a gift to go from visitors to firm friends in 5 days!

It’s restorative to return ‘home’ to the calmness after a day in this vibrant city.
Having our personal tourist guide to answer all of our queries was a bonus.
Thank you Rosemary for making our visit so pleasurable. Your restaurant recommendations were spot on, although we didn’t try them all!
If walking thousands of steps is not your thing you’re spoiled for choice with busses and metro stations close by.
We hope to return one day to stay again at 52 Clichy.

Fantastic apartment!
52 Clichy is clean, quiet, spacious and convenient to many attractions in Paris by foot or metro. Loved having the space of an apartment rather than a tiny hotel room. So quiet you can hear a pin drop at night! Rosemary is a knowledgeable host with great recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The daily breakfast was a wonderful part of the experience with fresh pastries, fruit and tea! Recommend and would stay here again!

Thank you for sending in such a kind review of 52 Clichy. I'm so glad my breakfasts hit the spot and I agree it's difficult to imagine just how quiet it is here despite being in the heart of Paris! Actually on the balcony there is a baby blue tit being fed by both parents from my bird feeders because it's making an almighty racket but....

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
Die Lage für einen 5-tägigen Besuch von Paris war perfekt. Es war sehr ruhig, man hörte keinen Verkehrslärm. Montmartre nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso die Metro- und Busstation. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig. Es gab jeden Tag andere Brot- und Gebäcksorten, Jogurt, frisches Obst.
Madame Rosemary war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit bei der Planung, bereits im Vorfeld der Reise. B & B 52 Clichy ist eine ideale Adresse für einen Besuch in Paris. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Great accommodations with a wonderful hostess!
The apartment was perfect for 2 single ladies who wanted to explore Paris and come back to a place like "home" every day. Location was great and the apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed and more. Rosemary was a wonderful hostess and made sure we had everything we needed to explore Paris. The setting was great, peaceful and away from the street noise. Having an elevator was a nice treat too. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Paris. Close to shops, restaurants and transportation.

Location, location! Host, host!
During a heat wave and a return to peak tourist arrivals, we had the privilege of staying with Rosemary at her little sanctuary at 52 Clichy in July. As others have noted, her place is remarkably quiet, has very pleasant views, and is within walking distance of so many good restaurants, cafés and tourist attractions, not to mention transport (if you need it).
We will be forever grateful for her very able assistance with long-distance French train-booking websites as well as her very generous local knowledge and insider tips that smoothed our paths around Paris.
Breakfast was always a treat to look forward to with an ever-changing “guided tour” of the varieties of croissants, baguettes and patisserie as well as house made yogurt and fresh fruit and the coffee and tea selection.
We unequivocally recommend staying here.

Clichy apartment with courtyard view
Spacious, tranquil, spotless apartment - tremendous location, we walked just about everywhere - 15 mins down road to Opera and Grands Boulevards with all the big department stores, then a little further to the Seine/Louvre - up the hill opposite direction only 10-15 mins to Montmartre with great food shops and views. Situated on a lovely street, boulangeries/supermarkets, independent traditional shops, some cafes and restaurants.....lively enough but not noisy or frantic. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. Metro and bus v convenient too. Rosemary was very kind and discreet, there if we needed her or to ask advice, v helpful. We had a terrific stay and felt very at home and could easily have stayed longer. Nice to have separate toilet plus full bathroom, and well equipped kitchen. Very comfy beds, lots of space and storage in apartment, lovely outlook onto surprisingly quiet courtyard. Highly recommend for independent stays.

Secret gem in Paris!
This apartment is in a perfect location, and is so much more spacious than a hotel! The hostess is super helpful and will even bring breakfast to you!

Perfect home base in Paris
We just returned from our trip. It was a perfect location to go anywhere in the city. Easy access to transportation and great shops and restaurants close by. We had teenagers with us and there was enough space for everyone to relax. Rosemary was a great host and even helped us stay an extra day when we realized we had messed up the booking. You cannot go wrong with this apartment.

Rosemary was extremely hospitable and accommodating. Her place was very comfortable and in a great location for sightseeing. We went to many of the restaurants she recommended and were extremely satisfied. Thank you Rosemary!
