We are so glad we picked this place. The place was great. As far as location, you are about an 8 minute walk from the U-Bahn or S-Bahn. You can also walk to Alexanderplatz and all of the cool, great restaurants in P-berg.
The place was very clean with everything you would need. Nice little kitchenette, dining room table and couch area in the main room. A large master bedroom and a decent size smaller room. Beds were very comfortable and sheets were crisp and clean. Shower/sink in a larger bathroom and a separate WC with sink. Lovely ground floor apartment with big windows that open for a nice breeze. Quiet tree-lined street and great neighborhood feel.
There is a garden you can access but, to be honest, I think it could use a bit of care - which is really the only very minor recommendation for improvement.
Otherwise, this was really the best VRBO place I've ever used and I've stayed at plenty! Don't look any further, nab this place now if it is still available.
