Wir haben im August ein Wochenende mit drei Übernachtungen in dieser ausgezeichneten Unterkunft verbracht: Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr ansprechend - das Selbstportrait des Apartments in der Anzeige ist gut getroffen und stellt die Umgebung gut und zutreffend dar. Es war angenehm ruhig - und von dort aus ist alles dank guter Anbindung an den Nahverkehr bestens und schnell zu erreichen. Praktisch ist die Hamburg Gruppencard: damit ist man flexibel und preiswert unterwegs. Gut gefallen haben uns das kleine griechische Restaurant an der Ecke und der Italiener-Tipp ivon Patrick - und wir können sehr die Paramount-Produktion des Cirque de Soleil in der Neuen Flora empfehlen. Drei Tage erlauben leider nur eine Visite und reichen selbstverständlich nicht aus für die vielen Angebote im lebendigen Hamburg: Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, leider zu viele Treppen und sehr enges Treppenhaus. Gute und zentrale Wohngegend, tolle Kneipe unten im Haus. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Sehr ruhige und sehr schöne Wohnung in perfekter Lage!

Un logement exceptionnel tant par sa classe, son équipement, sa propreté, le calme ambiant, sa situation (proche de toute commodité), il vous faudra seulement un peu de patience pour trouver une place de parking toute proche et un peu de souffle pour arriver à l’appartement mais rien de compliqué et le résultat en vaut largement la chandelle ! C’est une ville magnifique, visitez-la à vélo c’est encore mieux ! Un hôte à l’ écoute et très sympathique ! Merci Patrick et encore Bravo !

Es ist eine super schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem tollen Balkon, die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist klasse. Alles neu und freundlich allerdings ist der 5. Stock schon heftig !!!

Very clean and comfortable apartment in a nice area of Hamburg. Very close to two metro stations (Christuskirche and Schlump) and easy to get around. The flat is bright and airy, with lots of windows and a nice outdoor patio. We enjoyed several restaurants in the area along with the fun "beach beer garden" nearby. A great place to stay for a couple or small family when visiting Hamburg.

Gute Lage der Wohnung, Treppen im Haus sehr steil. Für ältere Menschen mit Gepäck kaum alleine zu bewältigen. Lärmbelästigung bis um Mitternacht durch das Lokal im Erdgeschoss. Starke Geruchsbelästigung durch Abluftsystem des Lokals sogar in der 5. Etage des Hauses. Ansonsten eine tolle Wohnung in einem schönen Viertel!!!

Die Wohnung ist schön , tolle Terrasse und hochwertig. Aber man muss 90 steile Treppenstufen hochklettern. Man sollte also fit sein und wenig Gepäck haben

My son & I were in Hamburg on a work trip. The apartment was the perfect base for our time there. Cute, quiet, comfortable, spacious, and more. There is an excellent restaurant right on the corner, and the staff were helpful with any questions we had. Only a block to a grocery store, pharmacy, drugstore, and the Ubahn subway station. Very convenient and comfortable. Patrick gave us clear instructions, and responded to questions quickly. I highly recommend this place! One note, if you have physical challenges. There are 85 steps and no elevator, and it is a somewhat steep spiral staircase. Even with our 8 pieces of luggage for my work, we had no difficulty, but be aware you must take the stairs. I hope my travels bring me back to Hamburg so I can stay here again!

Wir haben die Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Aufstieg in die Wohnung ist anstrengend aber lohnenswert! DANKE und Gruß aus dem Süden Deutschlands
