Fantastic 2 bedroom apartment of 75 sqm, located in the Eixample neighborhood. Just in the same corner of Sagrada Familia, masterpiece of Antoni Gaudí.
Apartment has a lot of natural light and is very bright.
Very spacious living room of 30 sqm, with 2 big and comfy sofas, table for 6 persons and a desk.
One of the sofas can be converted in a 200x150 cm bed.
Equipped with a 42"TV, DVD, Free and fast Wifi.
The lounge faces the street and Sagrada Familia.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms with two single beds each, which can be united to convert into double bed. The bedrooms are very quiet, as both overlook the courtyard.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, kettle and all you could need.

EXCELENTE DEPARTAMENTO PARA FAMILIA - EXCELENTE ATENCION
El departamento es como lo describe el propietario en su presentacion, con todo el confort y comodidades detalladas por Daniel.
Fue destacada la atencion de ISAAC, solucionando de inmediato cualquier inconveniente y necesidades de la familia.
Las fotos del departamento son fiel reflejo de la realidad. Muy confortable, muy seguro y con todo lo necesario para visitar Barcelona. Esta a pocos pasos de la Sagrada Familia.
Recomiendo este departamento, para unas vacaciones en familia.

Bien situé
Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia et du métro.
La pièce à vivre est spacieuse, seule la salle de bain est très petite.
Des petites choses sont à revoir pour améliorer le confort. N'ayant pas vu le propriétaire à la fin du séjour, je me permets de l'indiquer sur cette page.
La machine à laver fuit, le volet roulant d'une des chambre ne fonctionne pas, la lampe de chevet de l'autre chambre ne peut être branchée car le fil est trop court. Il n'y a que 4 verres à eau. L'ordinateur à disposition ne fonctionne pas.
Un aspirateur serait utile.
Une note positive pour terminer, en cas de problème, intervention immédiate; ce qui est très appréciable.

Impecable depto e inmejorable ubicación.
Estuvimos 5 noches. Este depto es tal cuál las fotos.Frente a la Sgda Familia a 40 mts del Metro, a la vuelta del Paseo Gaudí, lugar de restaurantes, casas boutiques y tiene un market 24 hs enfrente. Comodísimo, living muy amolio a la calle transitada, 2 dorm c/placares, cocina tot equipada y baño completo Nos recibió Inna muy amable (creo q es Filipina-habla español) Supr recomendable!! Vuelvo a Barcelona y elijo éste lugr, no duden.

Bon emplacement pour visiter Barcelone sans voiture
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans cet appartement. La propriétaire nous a bien accueillis et orienté dans Barcelone.
L'appartement est situé à moins d'une minute à pied de la Sagrada Familia et du métro. C'est un point de départ idéale pour un séjour orienté vers les visites.
Les points positifs :
Salon très spacieux, le logement est très bien entretenu et propre.
Très bien situé, pas besoin de voiture sur place.
Propriétaire qui veille au bon déroulement du séjour (conseils, réservation taxi etc...).
Bonne literie.
Cuisine pratique et au goût du jour

Les points négatifs/ à améliorer :
Les chambres donnent sur l'arrière de l'immeuble mais reste néanmoins très bruyantes la nuit (bruit de métro, groupe festif etc..) mais sa localisation le justifie. Il est vrai qu'on ne peut pas être situé à proximité de tout dans le calme : prévoir simplement des boules quies.
Il serait pratiquer d'ajouter quelques cuillères. Les assiettes sont trop grandes et ne rentrent pas dans le lave vaisselle.
Des petits détails techniques comme la petite lampe de la chambre qui ne peut pas être branchée car le fil est trop court serait simplement à corriger.
Le pc mis à disposition fonctionne pas.
En conclusion : un séjour merveilleux à Barcelone ! Les quelques détails à améliorer sont vraiment supportables et n’entachent en rien le séjour ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors d'un prochain séjour en famille.

Great location but small improvements needed
There were some great things about the apartment including its location, security and kitchen and laundry facilities and roomy living area. It was comfortable for the 4 of us but we were a bit disappointed. The bathroom is tiny and the apartment could be cleaner - it is not dirty but it is not spotless as other apartments I have stayed in have been. There were other little things like chipped coffee cups but perhaps I am being picky.
We enjoyed our stay but I the appartment just needs someTLC

Great apartment and location
The apartment and location were great.
Daniel was very flexible allowing us to drop bags off whilst the place was still being cleaned and allowing us to have a late check out on departure day so we didn't have to lug our bags around.
Sagrada Familia literally on the doorstep. Bus Turustic stop just around the corner for the hop on hop off bus service (blue route) and a Metro close by too which was handy for getting to the Nou Camp to see Barca play.
Barcelona is a great city and if you use the hop on hop off buses you can fit a lot of sightseeing in. In 4 days we were able to see the Sagrada Familia, Nou Camp Museum Tour, Park Guell, Montjuic Castle and cable car, Barcelona vs Seville and a great walk in the sun to the beach on the last day.
Also helped that the weather was fine bar a couple of hours of rain one night.

This flat was everything promised and more!
This 2 bedroom flat just steps from the Sagrada Familia and subway made it the ideal place to stay in Barcelona. The high ceilings and spaciousness combine to create an open and airy space to enjoy meals at home or Cava in the living room. What contributes to enjoying the stay is a small convenience store right across the street or a larger market just around the corner at which to purchase whatever you need.
I cannot say enough about Danny in terms of his kindness and responsiveness to anything that was needed. He had an excellent colleague meet us and show us around the flat, provided great tips on where to go and what to see, offered information about the metro and train system and happily called a taxi for return to the airport. We cannot wait to return to this wonderful flat and most beautiful city..

Fantastic location, the flat was fine but the actual beds just OK...
We stayed in Barcelona and decided to rent this 2 bedroom flat for 3 days. Here are some comments on the place. Postives: When they say Location, Location, Location, there is allot of truth in that. The place is half a block to the Sagrada Familia. That also means the Metro stop is also only half a block. It was very easy to wheel your luggage from the Barcelona Airport onto the Metro, make one train change and then arrive at the Sagrada Famila station. Note that there are elevators in the Sagrada station. Look for them because unless you want to haul your luggage up several flights of stairs it will save your back and muscles. Also when you want to travel around the city the fact that the Metro station is only half a block away really helps, just buy a 3 day pass and you can travel anywhere (Las Ramblas, various works by Gaudi, etc.) for as many trips during the day you want. There are several places to eat around the neighborhood which are all walking distance. There is even a little food store just across the street.
The actual living area was comfortable and spacious. The Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. The bathroom is functional with the only minor complaint being the shower stall. When one closes the doors to the shower, there is little room to maneuver in the shower chamber. If you are a person of size, be careful. The other comment is the beds. Both bedrooms are fine and functional but the actual beds are just OK as the matress comfort level is only a 2 out of 5 (5 being very comfortable). Note that we were only given two twin beds in each bedroom so the twin was not as nice as one double per room.
The only other comment is the number of stairs leading up to the flat. Even though there is an elevator and the actual flat is only one story up, one still needs to lug a suitcase up about 6 -8 stairs then down a few stairs before using the little elevator to ascend one story. Well it beats the alternative to lugging ones suitcase up several stairs up to the flat itself.
Finally just want to advise those who come to Barcelona to beware of the pickpockets in the Metro. Because of a very crowd Metro car they got my wallet and caused me to lose 2 days of touring as I had to get a replacement passport from the American Consulate.

We had a great week in Barcelona and loved the apartment. It is spacious, comfortable, well located to the metro and the most popular place to visit (Sagrada Familia). Despite being in a busy location, the bedrooms are located at the back of the building so we slept well, uninterrupted. Easy access to shops and restaurants too. Great find!
