Owners were so kind and responsive

The apartment was terrific. Well laid-out with nice features and well located. I’d stay again and recommend to family and friends. Hosts were respectful, helpful and timely with requests.

Wir 4 Erwachsenen haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Klar, die 67 Stufen hinauf zur Wohnung sind schon anstrengend, und abends kann es auch mal lauter werden durch die Bar unten am Platz, aber der Ausblick über die Dächer auf die Kathedrale und die Lage in der Altstadt sind für uns einfach wunderbar gewesen!

Really central location and the property was excellent. Great views from the roof terrace and bedroom windows. Everything we required was within the property. We will definitely be returning here

Juan’s apartment is perfectly located for exploring the old city. It’s spacious and the perfect retreat in the heat of the day or for enjoying a glass of wine on the roof. Our only regret is not staying longer.

This is a wonderful, charming and very comfortable apartment right in the historic district. Very nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of space! Rooftop terrace is lovely. The host Juan was there to meet us and provided great suggestions for touring. Highly recommend this property!

This apartment was very comfortable for the 4 of us. We loved being able to watch the fireworks and burning at the Fallas festival from the comfort of the rooftop patio! The 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment were small and at the end of a long day of walking could be a challenge, but it was worth it to stay in this perfect little apartment. The location was fantastic! We loved Valencia and really enjoyed the charm of this cozy apartment.

Terrific and unique place in the original section of Valencia. We were 4 adults and there was plenty of room in the 2 bedrooms and living room / kitchen common area. Star gazing on the roof top terrace was enjoyed both evenings by my brother in-law and myself, this with a nice glass of Spanish wine. Juan was an excellent host and very responsive to all of our enquiries. We also appreciate the insights which were provided including sights and areas to see and restaurants to enjoy - we did! As noted in other reviews, the apartment is up 4 flights of narrow and steep stairs. We would absolutely stay here again, however would pack differently - going upstairs with 23KG suitcases provided a good workout, thankfully Juan welcomed us and without hesitation was a great help on the ascent - thank you! Everything in the apartment was as our better than pictures show. The clothes washer was great as we were a few weeks into a several week adventure. We used the hop-on-hop-off bus to get a sense of the city, I would encourage this for sure. The old tour is great and we also explored some of the newer areas including the aquarium (largest in Europe). The beach area is also a good visit and the site of the F1 and Americas Cup sailing race. Great to see! Valencia is a city we would return (so many more to see!) and we would absolutely recommend this property which will contribute to your experience. Thank you again Juan. M&J

Great stay, lovely apartment.

We lloved Valencia. This apartment is close to the Central Mercado, bars and restaurants and Flamenco shows. It’s a tram ride away from the beach. The property has everything.you need for your stay.
