Located in Prati district, it's just in front of the Vatican (about 3 minutes walking). It's also within walking distance of the other attractions of the city; you will be able to enjoy the experience of living like a real Roman in one of the most central districts of Rome. Located on the first floor with lift/elevator available. Very quiet. Bedding, towels and kitchen linen are available and included in the rental price. Soggiorno piacevole e tranquillo
L'ubicazione dell'appartamento é fantastica perché permette di raggiungere in modo facile e rapido qualsisai punto della città ed é vicino ai principali luoghi di attrazione turistica. E un giusto compromesso tra la centralità dell'ubicazione e la tranquillità che offre, é infatti molto silenzioso e confortevole.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, l'armonia degli arredi e la pulizia innegabili.
Per una breve vacanza a Roma é l'dideale per famiglie coppie o viaggi di business.

"I would like to have this apartment as my own..."
This well located appartment (Flat?) we rented for 10 days, is absoluttely charming. First floor with elevator, silent, well equipped, clean, safe, big bedrooms, excellent shower and kitchen with EVERYTHING we needed (stove, microwave, big refrigerator with separated freezer, lot of pans…), air conditioning, fan, TV, WIRELESS... If I describe all the things I will be boring, but I must describe one more thing: "one kit with needle, buttons and different colors of rows, for an emergency in relation to clothing (These items you will find in just a few five star hotels...).
The location couldn`t be better: we walk just 75 meters and we are touching the Vatican Walls, 380 m we are inside the Vatican Museum, 400 m we are in front of “Piazza San Pietro”, 340 m to the Ottaviano metro stations. We can find supermarkets, restaurants, “gelaterias”, caffès, stores and bakeries all around. Of course “tourists are spread” in every place in Rome, but we felt “locals” in this excellent area called Prati.
The photos describes quite OK the apartment, but when we come in that we can realize how spacious it really is. Much better stay in this amazing place than any five star hotel room. We can never compare price, size and privacy (even location, safety, silence and cleaness too).
The owners are extremely helpful, besides being cute and lovable.
We rented several apartments in other places (and other cities too), but definitely this is our favorite among all.

Just in the heart of Rome
Near Città del Vaticano, just in the center of Rome, near metro and bus service. It's a little clean apartment available at a cheap rent. Owners are very kind.

Great welcome and location
We were in Rome for Easter and this flat is in a perfect location as it is so close to the Vatican - literally 5 minutes walk.
We were met by Maria Louise and she showed us how everything worked (wifi, tv etc) before taking us for a walk around the neighbouring streets so we could find, supermarket, metro, fresh food market, laundrette and suggestions for some good local restaurants.
The flat was well equipped and we were able to cook some lovely meals after visiting the market.
After one days hard sightseeing we were delighted to arrived back at the flat to find a three course meal waiting for us. Maria Louise had said she would drop off some home cooking but we weren't expecting such generosity.
The rental cost is very reasonable for such a central position. Although it is on 1st floor there is a lift, plus a helpful and friendly doorman.

silencieux avec tout le confort moderne
Nous avons bien apprécié l'appartement qui dispose de tout le confort moderne et tous les petits plus comme le wifi qui nous a permis de communiquer sans problème, la fiche contenant quelques adreses utiles et le téléphone cellulaire mis gracieusement à la disposition des hôtes pour des appels locaux, etc.
Nous craignions aussi un peu le bruit du fait de la proximité du Vatican mais l'appartement est très silencieux car il ne donne pas sur la Piazza del Risorgimento.
Nous avons bien apprécié l'amabilité de Madame Tarantino, qui parle et écrit bien le français, ainsi que le climat de confiance qu'elle s'efforce d'établir entre elle et ses hôtes.

Excellent séjour
L'appartement est conforme au descriptif. Il est un peu sombre mais bien équipé, confortable, très propre et calme. La propriétaire est très accueillante, disponible et réactive. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Merveilleux séjour à Rome
Appartement très confortable, très propre, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la tranquillité de cet appartement, notamment la nuit! Très bon accueil et grande disponibilité de la propriétaire, Maria Luisa. L'appartement étant situé à proximité du Vatican, de nombreux monuments et d'une station de métro, nous avons circulé facilement pour découvrir cette ville magnifique. Nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour à Rome.

Wonderful location, clean and quiet.
My husband and I stayed at this apartment the last week in May through the first week in June. The apartment is localed right outside of the Vatican walls, about 5 minutes walk to the Vatican Museum entry. The owner arranged for pick up service at the airpot at a better cost to us then the regular taxi service. She also arranged for the same service on the day we left to come home. It was easy to reach her with questions by our phone email and she responded quickly. The apartment is on the first floor of the building. That means you still have to go up 25 steps, but there is an elevator after the first 5 steps, which we used only to cart our bags on arrival and departure.
Staying at the apartment was like staying at a friend's condon while they are gone. It is fully set up with everything you need to ilve like a Roman during your stay. My husband and I have diet restrictions so perfer to eat most meals in rather that dine out for basic meals. The kitchen is fully equiped and there are markets that are located nearby to make it easy to set up and pick up supplies as needed.
The apartment is located in the central portion of the building with air/light wells on either side. This makes it easy to open the windows and air out the apartment after you've been out all day. The walls are about 2 feet thick which meant we did not need to use the AC because the heat of the day didn't seem to penetrate through. There is no traffic noise at night so we slept soundly and undisturbed.
We certainly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this flat to anyone who likes to have a kitchen and be located close to a safe transportaion hub.

Thank you. Host was great. Apt is fully equipped. Very quiet. Only problem, there was no hot water. In July it's not a big deal, but still an inconvenience. Great location

Great place to stay in Rome!
Only a 3 minute walk from the Metro and the wall of the Vatican gracing the piazza in front of the apartment made this an absolutely perfect place to stay for our six day stay in Rome. Convenient to a grocery store, restaurants and a Metro ticket purchasing shop (Tabacchi) and, if needed, a laundry, we'd definitely recommend this to anyone! Maria was a wonderful host and be sure to use her driver for the airport pick-up: reasonably priced and very helpful. The apartment itself was neat, clean, well appointed and well stocked with the basics. Only slight drawback - no view to speak of from the windows, but they let in a good amount of light.
