Well equipped and comfortable apartment, very close to the historic centre.

Cet appartement confortable, rénové et très fonctionnel a répondu à nos attentes. Une cuisine bien équipée comme à la maison. L’appartement est à deux pas du Duomo et des restaurants pour tout visiter sans prendre la voiture. Nous avons stationné la voiture en face de l’appartement. L’accueil de Michele a été chaleureux. Il nous a donné des informations en grandes quantités afin de rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

Very nice little apartment. The host was very helpful from saving us a parking helping me figure out the parking meter. Good location near town

Michele is a great host. He took the time to save us a parking spot and meet us as we drove up. He supplied us with all of the pertinent information one could want as well as breakfast items during our stay. A fine host and gentleman!

The owner met with us upon checking in, and told us everything that we needed to know about the place. He also made some excellent recommendations for restaurants -- which we followed and loved. He left breakfast items for us, and had a map on the wall to show us where everything was. Great location that is close to everything in the city. Great, clean, comfortable and well-supplied place.

We had a great 4 day stay at this place. All major attractions in the city are within walking distance, a cute convenience store nearby and parking was effortless. The owner is very caring and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

My stay in Michele’s apartment was wonderful - great location on a quiet street in the historic area of Parma. Michele was there to meet me when I arrived to provide a detailed overview of how things worked (shower, appliances, garbage pick-up, etc.). He also checked on me while I was there - and arranged for a taxi when I left. The apartment’s amenities were terrific - especially the well-stocked kitchen.
