Situated in idyllic surroundings, with not just 1 swimming pool on your doorstep but 9 others to choose from! Lomas Del Golf is within walking distance of the famous Villamartin Plaza, where you have many Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, Banks, a Pharmacy and Supermarket. There are local Riding Stables just a stroll away. The south facing patio to the front overlooks the large communal swimming pool and gardens. There is ample parking outside and security gates to the complex. With front and back patio locking gates, the apartment is ideal for small children.
The shopping complex at La Zenia Boulevarde has entertainment for all the family, 150 shops, 5,000 car parking spaces and offers a variety of different types of food. The town of Torrevieja is a short drive away with evening markets, harbou...

Great small villa
Been here twice now mainly for the golf this year very good small villa with excellent wi fi and TVs that works,kitchen and living area all as described would recommend for family of up to 4

Everything exactly as advertised
Everything exactly as advertised, very clean and well equipped apartment. Lovely sunny terrace and nice pool just opposite. Excellent wifi and TV with lots of British channels. Within walking distance of a good variety of great restaurants and a 10 min drive to Zenia Boulevard, a large modern shopping mall. If you like more than sitting by the pool a car would be adviseable. Nice beaches a short drive away and golf within walking distance. Riding stables are just around the corner also. Loved every minute,looking forward to our next visit
We stayed here in August 2015 and had a lovely holiday and enjoyed it so much that we booked again as soon as we got home.Lovely apartment with everything you need, it's home from home.Would recommend hiring a car as there are so many lovely blue flag beaches within a 15/20 minute drive away.Lovely places to eat within a short stroll from the apartment and they all offer a wide choice of meals.Look forward to returning next week!

Great Family Holiday
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great ground floor apartment with garden in Lomas de Golf Villamartin (grandparents with 2 grandaughter aged 10 & 4). There's everything you need to make your holiday comfortable and enjoyable. Fabulous pool area just outside the garden gate. Large pool and smaller children's pool. This area of the urbanization is in a good location....
bars,restaurants,horse riding just a stroll away. The other holiday visitors/owners were very friendly and welcoming. Our grandaughters had a smashing time and wanted to stay when the holiday came to an end. We would love to return in the future.

I chose this location as I was thinking of buying in the area and wanted to check it out by staying there. In April it was quite quiet and there were only a few people around the pool. The walk to the plaza in the evening wasn't long and it was a nice place to go and have a meal and a few drinks.
The apartment had all you needed there, including English tv! It was clean and tidy when we arrived and had a handy keysafe which we used due to arriving very late at night.
I would recommend a car when staying here so that you can head off to the beach or go to La Zenia Boulevard which was like an American mall!!

Great place!
Myself and my partner stayed here for 3 nights with the purpose of looking at property in the area. This was a great base and had everything you would ever need.
The apartment had a well equipped kitchen which allowed us to cook breakfast each day. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but it was clean, comfortable and homely.
There is a terrace to the back and front of the property with the communal pool a few steps away. We relaxed on the terrace after having a dip making it feel more private.
We enjoyed the 15 minute walk to the Plaza each night as it felt safe and not too far. We had rented a car which I would recommend as there is so much to see and do within easy driving distance.
Gary also has a file made up with all local info which was a great resource.
We looked at many areas across Alicante and Murcia and loved this apartment and the area so much we are considering putting an offer in on one around the corner!

Easter in Villamartin
We have just come back from a lovely break in Villamartín. The apartment is fab very good value for money equipped with everything you will need. Great postition for the pool (which was very cold this time of year) within walking distance to bars and restaurants. We will definitely be looking to book this apartment again. Gary was excellent with his information on the local area and responded really quickly to my messages.

Great Base for Golf
Booked the apartment as a base for a golf trip and wasn't disappointed. All you need provided by Gary, in walking distance of Vilamartin Plaza and numerous golf courses within 30 mins drive.
Would definitely use again if in the area, thanks.

Perfect Villa for a couple or family
I stayed here for 2 weeks before moving on elsewhere. The villa is lovely, Really really clean, everything included that you required for your stay. Loads of clean towels and amenities to do laundry , cooking, lounge out on the couch watching TV, cycle, sun bathe and just generally relax with out a worry. There are 2 rooms. 1 with a bunk bed and a single bed and the other with a double bed. Aircon as well.
There's a pool in the community, cleaned every morning and relative to our current climate, hand washes by the shower and of great value on a hot day. ! It's amazing
Close proximity to a local plaza where there's lots of entertainment if thats your bag and not too far from several beaches.
Ill certainly be staying there again and Gary was always quick to respond to questions and seems like a really nice person which is always good way your paying for services.
I couldn't recommend this villa more highly
