Great apartment & location. 5 minute walk to Bars / Restaurants …. Short cut via a gravel path. Directions perhaps need to be included in the Welcome Pack. We had a great holiday here and would highly recommend.

Lives up to superb
Great facilities. Apartment comfortable for relaxing, great balcony overlooking pool facilities, beds comfortable after a hard day sun bathing.
On arrival we were pleased to see how sparkling clean apartment,toilets and appliances were.

Lovely private apartment with all the amenities needed available. Will deffo stay again, Short walk from local beach and shopping centre.

Paphos Centric Apartment
This apartment is showing signs of its age is need of a little TLC, but overall it’s centric location to all things Paphos has to offer makes it easy to recommend, just don’t expect ultra modern - all as stated and depicted by the owner I must add. We had a couple of issues which the owner very promptly sorted out for us and couldn’t have been more friendly too.
We would book this apartment again. Our party was x4 adults who occupied the space easily.

I do plan to travel in the winter time, when it will be convenient and not booked up, in order to oversee painting of all rooms and a general freshen up, including furniture , appliances etc.
I will be delighted if you choose to return to Paphos and use the apartment again sometime in the near future.

Fantastic location and really great support from the owner
This apartment is in a superb location on the Land of the kings road with plenty of great bars and restaurants nearby, whilst being set far enough back from the road to be really peaceful.
The apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms is ideal for two couples travelling together or a family.
The TV has access to all the channels you get at home if you want to keep up to date with anything.
A nice large balcony overlooking the pools ideally placed for sunshine from mid morning onwards.
We enjoyed this apartment so much in the June we returned for a second week in October. Unfortunately returning home in the October our flight was delayed by 24 hours due to strikes at the airport, Chris was so helpful and let us jump in a taxi at midnight and return to the apartment as there was nobody else there that night, so appreciated when others were waiting at the airport for accommodation to be allocated at 4am !
Overall highly recommended for a relaxing holiday in the Cyprus sun.

Excellent chilled stay!
Arrived mid evening to a great apartment with balcony facing the pool. We loved this as could see the sun going down and beautiful sky. Got the sun in the morning and enjoyed getting up in the morning chilling with my coffee on the balcony. Had everything we needed and nice comfy beds too.
Stay at the Royal Seacrest all the time. We love how clean and friendly it is here. So close to Tomb of the Kings road with many restaurants and pubs, Our favourite Harleys for cocktails and Alfie,Ts for a wee singsong. We have ate in most places close by too and all been very good.
The apartment was perfect for our stay and would recommend. Had everything to make us have an amazing holiday. Thank you :)

Amazing!
Just back from an amazing stay in Paphos. Robert,s apartment was fantastic with all we needed. Imaculate, so comfy and no quiet and what a great view Jo from the balcony when the sun was setting. We have visited the Royal Seacrest for 3 years now and this is the first time in this apartment. It was first class and will definatly be back to stay our next visit.
The apartment is just a few minutes walk to the main King of the Tombs road with many restraunts and bars . Our Favorite Alfie T,s!
Ten min walk over to the beach. Also love walking down to the Harbour which is lined with restraunts. Many place ro enjoy sitting chilling and watching amazing views.
Bus service is cheap and also if satying a week or more they do a weekly pass which is great!
Large supermarket with loads of fresh food is just of the harbour but there is also a Lidl just along from the apartment as well.
Bonus for us was having the loungers on the balcony to just relax there in the afternoon in the sun.
All amenieties within the apartment were excellent and thank you for a briliant stay in your home in Paphos.

excelleny accomodation inpaphos
superb apartment in area of paphos close to the tomb of kings and easy bus or walking access to paphos harbour .Apartment benefits from 2 bathrooms making it excellent for 2 couples
situated in pleasant complex and i would say it is in the best of the blocks to be in as benefits from sun on the balcony for most of the day .
would thoroughly recommend it

Excellent holiday apartment
Just returned from holiday in Chris's apartment. The apartment had everything that we needed for a very comfortable 17 day stay. The complex and pool area are spotless clean, all areas well maintained. The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the pool and plenty of space in all living areas. Plenty of room in the two bedrooms. There is air-con, satellite tv, washing machine, hair dryer, books, dvds and safe. Liza organised a welcome pack which was appreciated as we arrived after midnight. The apartment is near Tomb of Kings road with bars and restaurant and bus stop is not far, there is parking available in the complex if you want to hire a car. Chris was in touch with us before we travel with the all information that we needed before our trip. All in all a great place to stay and we will definitely book this apartment again.

Fantastic Apartment
Lovely apartment in relaxing surroundings. Swimming Pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds available all day. We have been to Paphos before and found the apartment ideally situated and easy to reach most places within 15 to 30 mins walk, but buses are cheap and run regularly if you prefer. Plenty of nice restaurants close by. We will definitely be returning to this apartment. Booking very straightforward and Chris was most helpful.
