The unit was clean VERY well appointed and close to everything we were looking for. Great place to spend your time in Salzburg!

We enjoyed staying at Villa Salzburg! The villa has a great location away from the tourist area, but still close enough that everything is an easy walk or short bus ride. The penthouse worked great for 2 families with four adults, two teens and a toddler. The accommodations were excellent and the apartment was well equipped for cooking and relaxing.

The Good: - lovely owner! Very professional & reaponsive. - immaculate! - nice open living space - fantastic roof deck with plants. The Bad: - NOISE is unbelievable! The whole block is under construction and woke us every day at 6:30am. - Swelteringly HOT (summer visit). Although there were fans, they were weak and did not help. The windows were open at night, but the noise was crazy loud in the morning! And bugs got in the apartment. - One bathroom with tiny shower that sprays everywhere. Very hard to rinse off. - Location is actually too far from anything to walk in dress shoes and not perspire too much. Had to taxi everywhere.

Schöne, große, helle FeWo mit direktem Zugang zur großen Dachterrasse. Alles sauber, alles neuwertig. Der relativ hohe Preis bei entsprechender Belegung absolut gerechtfertigt.

Wir waren alle total begeistert von dieser außergewöhnlichen Wohnung. Architektonisch und innenarchitektonisch super! Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten. 1 Bad mit getrennter Toilette, 1 sehr gut ausgestattete Küche sowie der große Wohn- Eßbereich. Sollten wir mal wieder nach Salzburg kommen, werden wir sicherlich wieder hier wohnen.

This is a stunning 3 bedroom penthouse with plenty of room Gorgeous furnishings and well equipped kitchen (though no food basics besides salt and pepper.) There are nice restaurants and good grocery nearby. Fun walk through pedestrian tunnel to Old town - about 15 mins. Salzburg is beautiful but this apartment faces an enormous construction site - not a problem but not lovely. Also, beware of heavy additional fees for cleaning and taxes that you don’t learn about until after you book. Still our family of four adults and two children had a great stay.

Beautiful villa! 2 private bedrooms & an open loft. Very clean

Clean, beautiful place to call "home" while vacationing in Salzburg. 5-10 minutes walk to the old town, but grocery stores, bakery, pubs and shopping within a 3 minute walk. Will absolutely come back to this location upon my return to Salzburg. We were a family of 7, and despite having only 1 toilet and 1 shower, we managed very well.

This property is absolutely amazing inside. It truly is beautiful and functional. There is a massive construction site right across the street that begins very early in the morning and is very loud. It is literally the entire block across the street.

This home was easy to find and access. It is a beautiful, comfortable and well stocked apartment. The rooftop deck was such a bonus.The apartment was conveniently located close to the tourist district (an easy walk or drive). Parking was always full out front but easy to find on nearby streets. I would definitely recommend this apartment!
