Avant votre séjour, je suis heureux de répondre à toutes les questions que vous pourriez avoir au sujet de la réservation, Wendy House ou peut-être offrir des suggestions au sujet de jours sur, restaurants, etc. Je toujours essayer de vous rencontrer personnellement à l'arrivée et seront sur place pour répondre Pour toute question ou traiter des questions d'entretien pendant votre séjour. Je peux être aussi impliqué autant ou aussi peu que vous le souhaitez.
Stayed at Wendy House for 4 months after moving from London 5 days after recovering from Covid.
Tim could not have been more accommodating & yes it wasn`t cheap but it was well worth it.
The Wendy House is a great home from home if you`re looking for somewhere great to stay with the South Downs on your doorstep, beaches less than 5 minutes away.
I travel the UK for my work & I can honestly say that The Wendy House was without a doubt the best place i have stayed at, well stocked with all necessary essentials, good CH , powerful shower, comfy beds & sofa with a lovely kitchen.

Nice stay
Stayed for a week at Wendy house, clean and lovely decor near shops and sea front, Did find traffic bit noisy early morning even though it was not a threw road, But had a nice stay thank you .

Lovely centrally located accommodation
We had a lovely stay at Wendy house, perfect for our needs whilst in town for a tennis tournament. Great location and well equipped with everything we needed.

Very clean, well equipped, lovely decor. Everything you need!
A lovely small and private semi-detached house in a quiet street yet only yards from the train station. Very clean, very well equipped and lots of essentials provided - no need to take soap, washing-up liquid, towels etc. Garage parking too if needed. Makes for a very comfortable stay. Games and videos provided for the wetter days and to keep children amused.
Walking distance to shops (including a new very large and smart indoor shopping centre), theatres, eating places and the seafront. The promenade is multi-level with good walking to Beach Head in one direction, though the beach is pebbly and not great. A seafront train runs in summer.
There are some forts and museums to visit in Eastbourne (which is quite a smart town) though you are likely to visit other locations if staying for more than a few days.
Property owners are friendly and communicate very well.
A super property and couldn't ask for more!

Lovely place to stay in very convenient location
Wendy’s House is situated in a very convenient location for shops restaurants etc and within walking distance of the beach. The house is very well equipped and thoughtfully furnished in a seaside style.

Enjoyable stay at Wendy House
This was perfect holiday accommodation for two elderly visitors. Just the right size and everything left in immaculate condition and lovely décor. We particularly liked the convenience of the station, bus terminals, super new shopping mall, lots of eateries and a late opening convenience store on the doorstep . And of course, the promenade, bandstand and the sea all within easy walking distance. Would certainly recommend Wendy House to other visitors

Lovely little holiday home...
Very central, everything Eastbourne has to offer is literally a 10 minute walk away. Wendy House was clean, well presented and had everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet and peaceful for such a central location too. Tims communication leading upto our visit was just what we like. We had a lovely week!

A New Favorite in Eastbourne
After our 6th stay in this complex of cottages, Wendy's is by far our favorite of the three available (or previously available) rentals. Very nicely decorated in a nautical/beachy theme, the housekeeping was spotless and the kitchen fitted out with all the necessary accessories. Also our favorite choice of location, being a three minute walk to the rail station and in a convenient but quiet section close to the shops.
A welcome place to come back to after a long day of exploring this area of Sussex.

All we could have wished for - and more
Wendy House is that rarity among holiday rentals - a place where everything is just right. Location, cleanliness, amenities, quality of furniture and appliances, etc. are all excellent.
But the real bonus is an owner who is personally involved with every detail of the property and with ensuring that guests get maximum pleasure from their stay - even offering to meet us at the train station on our arrival and later checking to find out whether we had met with any problems or had suggestions for improvements. In a three week stay, apart from an unavoidably small kitchen and some depressing weather, we had no suggestions!
Thank you, Tim, for making our stay at Wendy House so thoroughly enjoyable.

Tim met us at the train station and walked us to the flat. He had placed milk,tea, a beer and wine for us on our arrival as we were late in the evening getting there. He walked us though everything and provided instructions for everything in the apartment. Very quiet spot, close to everything. The apartment had everything required and the garage had a couple chairs for sitting outside. Very clean place. Would stay again without hesitation.
