This property has just been completely renovated through out and all appliances, bathroom and kitchen are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine (under stairs with drying line) and 4 ring electric hob, fridge freezer and fan oven. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with enough cutlery for up to 6 people, pyrex dishes, baking trays, 6 of each glass including Prosecco glasses, wine glasses, tumblers and everything else you would expect in a fully equipped kitchen. There is a solid wood dining table with seating for up to 6 guests and a well equipped family bathroom with high pressure rain drench shower including high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Guest access with smart wall safe. Hotel quality linen through out. You will have the entire semi detached property to yourself including lovely garden area with basalt slate patio and out door seating for up to 6 people. Please note that the sleeping arrangements are: 1x double bed, 2x single beds, 1x single sofa bed, 1x queen size, self inflating / deflating, raised air bed. We will leave the relevant fresh linen for the amount of guests booked on your stay with us at Amaya Three. Free drive way parking and free on street parking for any additional vehicles. Unlimited super fast BT Wi-Fi. All smart TV's at Amaya Three have an Ultra HD subscription for Netflix for all guests to use during their stay. Plus
