Exactly as described (however no dishwasher which had been incl in kitchen appliances in error). Very peaceful and comfortable and twin beds in both bedrooms suited our booking as did two bathrooms and a downstairs wc. We had good weather, plenty parking and a very nice town and locality to explore. Would stay here again.

We chose this villa in Banchory as it was reasonably local for our visit to Balmoral Castle also we only needed 3 nights stay which is difficult to book at other places who would only accept a minimum of 7 nights. The villa was in an ideal situation for a short walk 1.5 miles into Banchory town with places to eat and drink if needed. The villa was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and having 2 shower rooms plus a ground floor toilet was ideal for 4 people staying . The weather could have been better but it didn’t spoil our stay. Overall, a lovely place to stay for anyone wishing to explore the area.

Facility was clean , comfortable and very spacious for our family. I was pleased with having two showers and toilets upstairs . No one was waiting in line in the morning. The living room area is much better than the picture shows, very bright and furniture is in new condition . I would definitely return for a second stay.................Bruce Cypurda
