Wir waren mit einem Baby und einem Kleinkind für 1 Woche in der Ferienwohnung Sunny. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Herr Mansi ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.

Apartment perfect for beach holiday
The apartment was with two balconys, and perfekt for 2 adults with 2 teenagers.
Only 150 m to the fantastic sandy beach in Francovilla. Easy to take the bus to city centre of Pescara.
The owner Guiseppe was very friendly and helpful. He also runs the "Mojito" bar in the aerea-a stylish modern one-with the best drinks in town:-)
We can recommend this apartment highly

Fabulous Apartment in Fabulous Location
We had a wonderful vacation staying at Giuseppe's Sunny
Aptmt. The apartment was large, modern and well kept with
plenty of space for our family of 5, my wife and I and our 3
children aged 19,18 and 15. The location cannot be beat as it is within a short walk to the beach. Our whole family just loved the beach and the warm water of the Adriatic was amazing.
Giuseppe was very helpful with everything we required
and was an awesome host.
He also runs a lively Mojito bar just a short walk from the apartment which has very friendly staff who serve great drinks at very reasonable prices and which we took the opportunity to thoroughly enjoy quite often during our stay.
The location of the apartment is also close to many fine restaurants which serve excellent food at a reasonable price, and many fine cafes nearby where you can get an authentic espresso.
We really enjoyed our stay and would return and would recommend this property to family and friends.

Sensational place to stay
This is the second time we have stayed at this property, we come all the way from Melbourne and initially found the property on the ineternet. our first stay in 2011 was that great we just sent Guissepe another email and all was taken care of, he also booked us a beach umbrella both times. The property is ideally located approx 50 metres from the beach, beautifully presented , air conditioned everything you would want in an apartment.
Both Guiseppe and his lovely wife life on the property, you never see them unless you want them for something, if you call them they could not be more helpful, even arranged a rental car for us.
They also own the Mojito Bar ( best bar in town also best coffees,) the only trendy bar in town.
Could not possibly speak any higher than the service we have revved now on 2 occasions and cannot wait to go back to the best kept secret in Italy

Sehr, sehr zufrieden
Wir haben 10 Tage / Nächte in der "Orange"-Wohnung verbracht und ich kann nur Positives berichten. Eine sehr gute Lage (ein privater Strand liegt direkt gegenüber; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Pizzerias bzw. Restaurants sind in der Nähe), in der Wohnung fehlt an nichts. Für uns war eine gute Internet-Verbindung von Bedeutung (Skype etc.) und diese haben wir dort auch vorgefunden. Und besonders hervorheben möchte ich unsere Vermieter Lina und Giuseppe. Die beiden sind echte Hilfe, gerade wenn man Italienisch nicht unbedingt selber spricht.
Ich kann die Wohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Und beim nächsten mal wird uns die Suche nach einer Unterkunft in Abruzzo sehr leicht fallen.

Ironman stay
We arrived around 1 hour prior to the estimated arrival time. Called the owner and within 10 minutes he was at the appartment to explain everything and hand over the keys. The appartment was in a very good state with 3 airco installations for when it gets to hot.
The purpose of my stay was for the ironman @ pescara. Called the owner several times to call me a taxi and for some advices which he immediatly did. What ever is in his possibilities he will do for the people who rents the appartments.
If I'll be doing the race again i won't have any doubts about recomming to this appartment again.

Perfect Place!
We loved this Francavilla apartment! The owners were trustworthy, friendly, professional and genuinely cared for our positive vacationing experience. We traveled with two todlers and adults, all 8 of us slept comfortably and found the home to be clean, beautifully decorated, it had everything we needed, linnens, plates, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and kept to the highest standards. Our hosts were even so concerened with our stay that uppon arrival when we found construction happening on the building (something the hosts had no controll over) they were up front and appologetic and even went out of their way to ask if the workers could keep it down. There is a grocery, coffee bar, beach, bus stop, bank, restaraunt all within 5 min walking. I HIGHLY recommend this place!
