Fab Little House
An amazing place right on the beach. Great local fish and chips, pub close by. Michael the host is super friendly and very helpful. Great for dogs.

Beach holiday
This property was very well situated for a beach holiday, you could be on the beach in less than 2 mins. Easy walking distance to the ice cream parlour and chip shop.. Beautiful empty beach.the property itself was quite tired and could do with an update. The property was clean, but lacked personal touches. Would I go bsck yes because it's positive position outweighs the negatives.

Perfection for being so close to the beach
Everything we needed and more! Lovely house, super comfortable beds, listening to the waves lapping on the shore at night did wonders for my well being. We were so lucky to have wonderful weather, so could make full use of the beautiful uncrowded clean beach. Great food in both the local pubs, everyone friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.

A warm and comfortable cottage with stunning views
This was our first venture away from home since lockdown and Beach Place was the perfect choice. The cottage is in a quiet, peaceful location with outstanding beach and sea views. The coastal path is on the doorstep and we were fortunate to have ideal walking weather during our stay. We had an excellent holiday break and hope to return in the future.

Perfect dog friendly house with amazing sea views.
We were delighted to have stumbled across this dog friendly house, with fabulous sea views from the lounge and kitchen as well as the bedrooms.
The house is clean, comfortable and warm, despite us arriving in freezing weather. Parking is to the side of the house, making it easy to unpack without blocking the sea view.
We saw seals swim past every day and were in close proximity to the protected beaches at Horsey where the seals give birth and can be seen in great numbers.
The beach is literally on the doorstep with easy walks to local pubs and cafes, which were also dog friendly.
Many thanks to Micheal of Beach and Barn who was helpful and responsive from initial enquiries to help during our stay.

Great Location and beach
Great dog friendly cottage right on the beach . Dogs loved the long walks on the beach . Warm and comfortable cottage just needs a up grade decor wise .

Upgrade & deep clean required
Booked this property having seen the location on previous visits to Walcott and reading the good reviews. Whilst I totally agree that the property as stunning views, it is also in need of a deep clean and upgrade on furniture and fittings. The place looks very tired on the inside and considering the price of the property I would have expected a lot better regarding levels of cleanliness, and I noticed several guests had made the same comments in the visitor book regarding this issue. We had every intention of returning but at present would not consider another visit.

Xmas Getaway
What a lovely house to stay in right on the beach perfect for walks with our puppy Bella. The communication for keys was great and the house was warm and welcoming with those greatly appreciated little things like milk and a tin of biscuits. We would most certainly use this house again, thank you 😊

Great little find
If you want relaxing... here is the place! ..Lovely cottage.. clean with the best sea views. Would deffo come here again

Another lovely stay
Although the weather was a disappointment, beach place was lovely warm and Cosy. This is the second time we have visited and still a great place to stay the beach is a 10 second walk away the heating was on so although the rain poured down and wind blowing. We could watch the waves and weather from the comfort of a lovely warm cosy house . And wet weather gear from walking the dog dried quickly. Thanks for a great weekend
