Due to unforeseen flooding, Jillie at our Invercargill stay went above and beyond to keep us both informed and was understanding of our situation with repeated up and down the Island travelling, our frustration and tiredness. We could not say more. Nor speak more highly of the bookabach service. We love staying with them and we will most certainly again. Have been recommending to all we meet.
