We had a lovely week at Sunset Point Oceanfront villa. The villa was spotless and Julian was very helpful. The views were amazing. We even saw a flock of flamingos one morning.
I hope we can return sometime soon!

Gem right on the water...
On the more quiet side of the island, and very peaceful and fun is Sunset Point Villa. Literally a short walk either down the road or through the water to Taylor Bay Beach. Las Brisas is a very close by fine restaurant, and Sapodilla Bay Beach also very close by. Run or walk the road leading in for exercise, but mostly just enjoy the wonderful home layout, pool, dock and the water you can sit and watch or climb in a float for hours. I think we had three favorite times - mornings when you grab coffee and start the day on the decks or dock, Sunset 🌇 which is almost always spectacular and fast (we floated in the water and watched it with cocktails 🍸) and then spent the evenings inside going around the room having Alexa play our various songs for hours.
Kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Rooms very comfortable, quiet and in good shape. Very close to the north beach beach shopping and more dining areas (about 20 minutes). Enjoyed much of the island, but Sunset Point Villa earns it's name every night. Great time for 8 of us friends. Would be awesome and reasonable for families also...

Fantastic stay in T&C
We stayed at the Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa for 13 days. 7 of those days, we had 7 people. The other 6 days, just 2 of us. We could not have been happier with our stay. Our communication with Bob, the owner, was great. Always a very fast response to any questions. We did not have a lot of interaction with the staff, because everything was great at the villa. We needed maintenance twice for minor items and they were handled immediately. The dock on the ocean was fantastic for sunsets. We loved the pool for a change of pace from the ocean. Very close to Taylor's Bay Beach(3 minute walk) and Sapodilla Beach(2 minute drive). The water was warm and beautiful. We loved every minute.

As beautiful as the pictures !!
We were here for a week in early February 2020. It was an amazing vacation, and the villa is everything the pictures show it to be. Spacious, beautiful, unbelievable views, nicely appointed and plenty of room for 4 couples.
Taylor Beach/Bay was a short walk away (the men waded around the corner via the ocean), and was so beautiful and clean.
We were all able to relax around the pool together, sit in the living room comfortably as a group and had a catered Valentine's Day dinner served at the dining room table.
We had to call the caretaker for one small issue, and their response was prompt and effective.
The information provided by the owner was very helpful and accurate.
We would not hesitate to rent this property again. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

The backyard is the money shot
We spent five days there for a family vacation we live in Naples Florida so we are already spoiled but this was absolutely amazing the home is positioned perfectly where you can enjoy sunrise and sunset it’s unbelievable the house was clean and very comfortable To stay in and cook Julian the manager was prompt and accommodating... Don’t forget to feed pirate the cat

Beautiful home in a great location
The villa has it all - location, amenities, cleanliness. The kitchen is completely functional and comes with more cookware and cooking utensils than we have even at home. The cabinets of spices were a bonus. Bob is AWESOME at answering any inquiries promptly and we really appreciated that. Prior to checking in, there was a whole team of friendly staff who cleaned the villa for us, including the BBQ which we made plenty of use of. View is breathtaking. Area is quiet for relaxation. Couldn’t have asked for more.

A great discovery
This condo is a truly beautiful property ... placed right on the edge of the Caribbean, on a point of land that separates Taylor Bay Beach from Sapodilla Bay Beach. The condo was the perfect size for our party, a group of 6 adults, and the facilities were outstanding. The pool, the dock, the expansive living room, the modern kitchen, and the entertainment system were all top notch ... and our group used them all.
The water temperature of the Caribbean was in the high 80's, so our group spent major portions of our time just playing in the water ... literally walking through the sea to Taylor Bay.
The condo is located on the quiet side of the island ... about a 15 - 20 minute drive away from the resort-packed Grace Bay. We had breakfasts and most lunches at the condo, and dinner out. The best restaurants seem to be located on the Grace Bay side of the island, so having a rental car was essential for us. The condo provides covered parking for 2 cars ... we only rented one big one.
We live on the west coast of the U.S., so most of our island-vacationing experience is referenced to the Hawaiian Islands, Tahiti, and Fiji. In terms of water temperature and scenic beauty, I would rate this island as comparable to Fiji ... less developed and congested than the Hawaiian Islands and Tahiti.
I found the condo management to be exceptionally responsive to our inquiries as we made arrangements for the rental, and the Welcoming Documents they provided answered almost all of the questions that arose as we prepared for the trip.
This was our first visit to Turks & Caicos, and we will treasure the memories of this vacation. We look forward to returning soon.

We had the most amazing time at Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa! The indoor and outdoor spaces were amazing. You were able to truly relax and recharge in Provinciales!! I would recommend renting a car, but remember they drive on the left. We would recommend Kissingfish catering and Las Brisas for dining, or a special occasion!!

BETTER than advertised!
The photos and video tour on the website DO NOT do this villa justice. The location is perfect - at the end of a cul de sac just adjacent to Taylor Bay. The main living area is spacious with a perfect family-friendly kitchen. We traveled with a family of 10 adults and 3 children, and cooked many meals in the villa. The villa is equipped with a working barbecue, wi-fi and Bluetooth speakers allowing you to play music throughout the property. Downstairs has access to the pool deck, a tv (with cable - we were able to watch ESPN and the NFL playoffs), refrigerator and ping-pong table. The other portion of the villa has a large master suite with a pull-out couch. The only issue we had with the villa is that the two queen beds in the loft are very difficult to get to. I would not rely on these beds except for able bodied persons. We did not feel comfortable sleeping there with our 4 year old daughter.
Taylor Bay is a 10 minute dry walk, or a ten minute walk through the water. Taylor is so shallow, you will only get wet waist deep walking directly from the Villa. The dock also enabled us to negotiate with a local outfit who dropped kayaks off, and then picked them up at the end of the day.
Our hosts were responsive to the few questions we had (including how to access the laundry and safe). I cannot recommend this villa more - it is AMAZING!

The sun sets behind the house! grab a float, beverage of your choice and ENJOY the show
We just returned from a weeklong stay at Sunset Point Oceanfront Villa and what a fantastic week it was! We arrived with a party of 8 and the layout was perfect. The layout provides everyone with ample privacy when you want it. I do have a suggestion for anyone booking though. We all have that one-party member who doesn't sleep and is addicted to TV. Put them in the main house bedroom so the rest of you can sleep peacefully in the separate 'yet attached' bedrooms.
The kitchen was plenty large enough for us to prepare meals, socialize and enjoy the sunsets from the wall of windows across the back of the house. Although, my favorite place to watch those magical sunsets was from a float in the pool. We took 2 floats with us, only to find about 20 floats under the porch.
We took advantage of the option of having some provisions put into the house before our Saturday arrival. After a day of traveling, we didn't want to have to go back out for groceries. We wanted to be able to stay and enjoy the house. Once we arrived, we all agreed the additional cost for that service was well worth it! We only had enough food, snacks, breakfast items and drinks for the first day or two delivered. It was a pleasant surprise to find they took the time to put our groceries away and not just leave them on the counter. They even took the time to stock up the downstairs refrigerator in the game room by the pool for us. Talk about a pleasant surprise to found ice cold beers and bottle water in Both refrigerators waiting on us. Sunday morning, we cooked a big breakfast. It wasn’t until Sunday evening before we hit up the IGA. I highly recommend the IGA grocery store.
On our last night, we decided to just have leftovers for dinner. Well that all changed while hanging out at the pool. A few local fishermen came by the house waving. We waved them back to the house dock and bought some of their fresh catch of the day. They were the best warm water lobsters I’ve ever had!
This place will always hold a special place in our hearts. We celebrated my husbands’ 50th birthday and our son proposed to his girlfriend by the pool. He wanted to catch her off guard and boy did he!!
Now for the owner of the house and his house reps. I had lots of questions and Bob (the owner) responded within an hour or two of my emails. Even responded within minutes on a few occasions. The group he has over seeing the house are just as professional.
