House was clean and well stocked. Great location to the college and the backyard with the lake and dock was stunning!

We initially rented this place as a quiet clean place to sleep before a local fishing tournament, however this turned out to be a gem. The building and furnishes are dated, but the scenery here is beautiful. The lake is crystal clear. Apparently, this lake is a popular diving spot. We saw lots of folks with scuba gear diving. It is an interesting and quiet spot that would be great for a quiet getaway. Avon Park is a nice little town nearby that also has that quiet relaxing vibe.

The lake was amazing. The house was like stepping into a time capsule, but everything was very clean and well maintained. Only very minor inconvenience was that the beds slide around a bit. We also couldn't get the TV to work, but I found that to be a benefit, get outside and enjoy the dock.

This is an older house that is very clean and at a GREAT location. The lake is crystal clear and perfect for swimming. The dock was also good for fishing. The fenced backyard was nice because we could keep the kids out of the lake when we wanted to. The house is on a dead end road so there is very little traffic. The kitchen was large. We had an EXCELLENT time and would definitely stay here again.

We loved this lake house. It is on a beautiful lake with a dock to easily access the lake. The house is roomy and was well equipped for cooking. The beds were soft and comfortable. It was clean and everything worked as needed. Charlotte was easy to get in touch with and answered my questions pretty quick. We will definitely rent this property again when we visit the Sebring area!

Everything was great clean plenty of room and quit neighborhood

The location is very nice with a great view. Nothing fancy but definitely did the job. One bathroom is out in the breezeway and not much parking. But overall is worked great for us.

Replaced the bed was good and evenings watching the sun set was beautiful. The leaky toilet was not fixed and the interior needs updating.

Nice quiet area, relaxing back yard with nice dock, but inside had a really bad/musty odor. Even candles and spray wouldn't help. Wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely loved the home! The house itself was clean and comfortable. Very Spacious and the owner was very kind! Lake Denton was refreshing and beautiful! We loved having access to a dock and able to do some fishing (catch and release). We will definitely be renting this home again!
