The raid stayed cool despite the high temperatures. Hafida is an absolutely terrific cook so take the opportunity to ask her to make dinner for you for a small price.

The property is located close to sites, but quieter and less touristy then other Riads. Hafida was there with local information on the city and Muslim culture. We don’t speak Arabic or French, but used apps to communicate. The space is beautiful with traditional tiling and wood carving. There are a variety of areas to enjoy in the house- two sitting rooms and two terraces.

La proprietà è molto bella, spaziosa, elegante. Una full immersion nella tradizione marocchina. Hafida è una governante meravigliosa, estremamente disponibile e riservata. È anche un'ottima cuoca! Vorremmo tornare quanto prima!

This Riad is a palace - with elegance and real charm - it is in the heart of the Kasbah with access to cafes, shops and the most glorious fresh fruit and veg markets. The owners are on hand via Whats-app and get back promptly; the place is overseen by the hard working housekeeper/source of invaluable information, Hafida whose breakfast are delicious, In the two months of my stay, this place became a home; in all the right meanings of the word, except instead of Bristol gloom I could sit on the terrace in glorious sunshine and look at the El Badhi Mosque, walk to almost every main attraction and place.and cook and write in luxury. I cannot recommend this place enough; nor Morocco for that matter. I am already planning my next stay

Nous avons séjourné 6 semaines dans ce riad situé au cœur de la Kasbha . Son emplacement est parfait car proche de la médina (à pied) et de Gueliz (en taxi). Le quartier de la Kasbha est populaire, calme et sûr, car tout le monde se connait. L’accès aux taxis est très proche et il y a des restaurants à proximité. Le riad est idéal pour les familles avec ses 3 chambres qui possèdent chacune une salle de bain et un WC. La petite cuisine est très utile pour se préparer des repas avec les produits frais achetés au marché situé à 2 mn. Il y a une télévision dans l'un des 2 salons. Le Wifi permet de rester connecté. La terrasse supérieure offre une belle vue sur les terrasses avoisinantes et sur Marrakech. On y profite également de la chaleur du soleil (fin novembre, c'est appréciable car les matins et soirs sont frais). A cette période de l'année, le parasol chauffant est également bien utile pour les petits déjeuners et dîners pris sous le puits de lumière (qui peut se fermer grâce à une télécommande). La décoration est authentique grâce aux zeliges (carrelage marocain) qui décorent l'ensemble des pièces. C'est donc un riad typique mais confortable et propre. Le plus étant la gentillesse et les talents culinaires d'Hafida, la gouvernante qui vient tous les matins préparer le petit déjeuner. Nous avons bien apprécié ses soupes, tajines et couscous. La communication avec les propriétaires (qui habitent à l'étranger) est très aisée via whatsapp. Nous recommandons vivement ce riad pour son rapport qualité/prix car il est rare de disposer d'un riad entier à Marrakech.

rien à redire, superbe séjour, riad très propre, magnifique salon à l'étage, les chambres sont toutes avec salles de bain, literie TB idéalement situé dans la Médina propriétaires réactifs et un grand merci à Hafida pour sa gentillesse

The riad is a wonderful, very well equipped house with several sleeping rooms and separate bathrooms, two separate terraces with a great panoramic view over the city of Marrakech. Although it is inmidst the Kasbah, it is very quite and great to relax after and in between visiting the city. The housekeeper is very kind and makes a good Maroc breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We felt at home in this Riad which was totally renovated. it was exactly as on the pictures. We have been welcomed by Hafida. She was great, every morning she was there to prepared for us breakfast.. Even she is prepared to make dinner. Very friendly and a good host. All together a great experience. Thank you
