Lovely historic apartment in a perfect situation.
We had such a great stay here. What really made it special was having our host living on site and guiding us to what we should or shouldn’t do - such useful advice. The historic apartment is lovely with plenty of room. Fresh herbs from the garden were a bonus when cooking. Quiet situation with parking yet close to the marina, restaurants and shops. Recommended.

Simply the best.
This is a little bit of Heaven on Earth.
Everything is absolutely fantastic, the apartment, the garden, sitting in the shade of kiwi growing above your head. Walking to the port and a huge choice of restaurants.
Mara, the owner and hostess is amazing. She is a local and gives you all the information and tips you will need.
Mara booked us into the Yacht Club for dinner on our last evening and we devoured fresh local fish in superb surroundings.
Don’t even look anywhere else.

Great Holiday
Thank you Mara,for our recent stay in your lovely upstairs apartment.Mara welcomed us with home made cake and her lemoncello from the fruit trees in her garden,as well as home made marmalades.
She spent time talking about,places to visit and answering questions like where to shop and bus stops.
She also told us where to get a Dubrovnik card which if you are planning to use the buses and walk the wall and visit museum's is good value.
The apartment has both a sunny balcony with views over the harbour ,You can see how many cruise ships are in ,which helps to know if Dubrovnik old city will be busy and a shaded table in her court yard garden.The property also has the benefit for safe parking if driving.
Mara is an attentive host supplying umbrellas on a rainy day and beach towels for the near by beach.
This property is a great base, for a Dubrovnik stay.With a good range of eateries within walking distance and a easy bus route to Old Town.
The apartment was well presented,and we were happy to make it our home for a week.Thank you again for a very hospitable stay.

Savršen odmor kao iz bajke:-)
Boravak u villi Marini Dvori je bio svaršen, zaista kao iz bajke. Prava čarolija. Besprijekorno čisto, komocija i komfor na najvišem nivou. Prekrasna bašta, jedinstveni dubrovački đardin, prava uživancija za duh i tijelo. Vrlo ljubazna gazdarica Mara koja ugađa na svakom koraku. Lokacija najbolja, vrlo brzo dostupan autobus do Starog Grada i plaže, da li do Lapadske uvale ili Babinog Kuka. Vrlo sam zadovoljna!!!

Beautiful house, usefully located
We had a very pleasant stay in Dubrovnik. Mara was warm and welcoming. She was great at giving us tips about where to go, where to eat, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being a host. She even gave us some homemade marmalade, as well as water and juice on our arrival. The house itself was clean and perfect for our family. It was easy to Uber and the local supermarket was a few minutes walk away. Great position to explore Dubrovnik, some nice restaurants near by. Particularly Orsan, a fantastic fish restaurant on the harbour, which Mara booked for us. Would highly recommend. Would definitely return!

An amazing place to stay, very clean and tidy with all the things you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Mara the owner is a wealth of local knowledge and happy to help you with anything. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Toplocatie met geweldige gastvrijheid
Mara is een geweldige gastvrouw, zeer geïnteresseerd in haar gasten. We waren met 4 vriendinnen, een was ziek, ze appte dagelijks hoe het ging, zelfs toen we weer thuis waren. De accommodatie ligt op 10 minuten met de bus van de stad, zeer goed bereikbaar en niet in de drukte. Een prachtige tuin waar we konden ontbijten, lunchen. Op 15 minuten lopen van het strand van Lapad en vlakbij een supermarkt voor vers brood. Mara’s zelfgemaakte jam is heerlijk. Al met al een fantastisch verblijf.

Amazing house, fabulous host
What a gem of a find in Lapad, Dubrovnik. A fabulous 2 bedroom, very spacious apartment nestled in a beautiful garden and courtyard, 1 minute walk from the seafront. We were greeted by the lovely host Mara, with her homemade liquors! She spent time with us sat out in the garden answering lots of our questions about what to do and where to go. She couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was extremely clean, has a lovely little terrace and the history that surrounds you is amazing. The house is 400 years old and retains much of that character. Would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Dubrovnik. It’s nice to be in the peaceful Lapad while visiting the old city by day. Thank you Mara for a fabulous stay and for all your help. We really appreciate it.

Wonderful holiday
We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house. It was a great base to explore Dubrovnik and the nearby islands. With an excellent local bus service running close by.
The apartment was lovely, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with very welcome air conditioning through out . The walled garden was lovely perfect to eat our meals in. The owner Mara has created something very special here. She was very helpful, generous, warm and so kind really thinking of everything we might need. Her jams and wine are fantastic and so generously given.
Croatia itself is very beautiful and Interesting. We are very glad we came ! Thank you Mara for looking after us so well.

Lovely start to our holiday
Mara was very kind and welcoming, even though we arrived late. Beautiful apartment, well equipped , easy bus access to the old town, but best part was the walled garden, a lovely cool place to while away a hot day.
