When booking the apartment any quries i emailed the owner and they replyed within the hour. The stafff was always very polite and had good knowledge of the area.
There was a excellent resturant within 5 min walking distance of the apartments also you have the choice eating from the street vendors and there plenty
The apartment was clean as described in the advert big enough for 2 ppl anything we needed we asked and it was done
all the staff speak good english and that would encourage me to re book there again
I give the apartment and staff 10/10

From the management & staff of 1775 Adriatico Suites, we thank you for your review. We hope that you can come visit us again soon and try the new wing of 1775 Adriatico Suites. To be offered are 25 new additional units with elevator, a nice lobby with an elevator, business center, swimming pool with jacuzzi, sun deck, lounge areas where guests can hang around and meet fellow guests and finally a dining area where the breakfast will be served.

Walking in an alley
The positives: The staff were nice including the owner Nanette. It has everything you want in your home, I rented a two bedroom two bathrooms with a kitchen, hotwater in the shower, free pickup and back to the airport if you stay three days over. Cheaper than the condos and hotels.
The negatives: The structure is old, it is noisy at night when you are trying to sleep hearing the bars, jeepneys running and people talking, I rented the second and highest floor which is third floor did not matter still noisy. I moved to the first floor it was little quiet but the bathroom ceiling really low and shower was broken or pump was and it smelled like sewer, the main door separated considering this unit was newly renovated.
The were ants on my bed and little mousy running under the bed to the wooden closet, the apartment is outdated in structure on the second floor where I first stayed,
You have to walk in alley to get to the apartment with a iron gate it is more like a compound, one side alley is the barangay office, old dilapidated apartment, with dogs tied down with a short leash. On the other side alley is the rundown apartment building and the opposite with a brand new high rise condo. So one have to walk out to this alleys to get to the main road to get a taxi.
I would still recommend this apartment if all the things I have experienced does not matter to you

Thank you for your review. We hope that you can come visit us again because a lot of updates and renovations have already been accomplished. The old building that you mentioned is now being completed to provide 25 more rooms, a swimming pool with jacuzzi, sun deck, lounge areas, dining areas, business center a nice lobby and an elevator. It took us some time to do the renovations because we were considering a lot of requests from our previous guests but finally we will be ready to open the 2nd wing of 1775 Adriatico Suites by middle of the year 2016. We look forward to serving you again.
