The overall experience was good. This is the second time we stayed at this property that had the exact broken kitchen garbage can (trash bag would fall in-making a mess). It needs a light refresh-its starting to look worn. We did have fun.

This place exceeded our expectations! We stayed here with our 4 adult children and two of their friends. The pictures didn't do it justice. The decor in the place was perfect for a beach house. We loved all the windows and the multiple decks with great spots to watch the waves, listen to the ocean and relax. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, etc. We cooked the majority of our meals at the house and the grocery store was close by to get everything we needed. The master bedroom with it's own private bath and deck was great and the beds were quite comfortable. We did bring our own beach towels, but there were plenty of bath linens provided. There were a variety of games and books. The location on the beach was perfect and we were so grateful for the quick access to the beach as well as the outdoor showers and foot washing station. Everything is very well thought out with the guest in mind. We would definintely like to come back!

Enjoyed the wide expanse of glass in the main living space. The outdoor areas were convenient and in great condition.

Great place to relax... Not too many options around to go out, but if you plan to stay in (as we did), it was a great open plan. Kitchen was very functional and fun for socializing. My only complaint was that none of my property questions were answered through the VRBO site; I had to call or chat to get a reponse, presumably b/c the listing was through Vacasa.

The location of this property is ideal! The house is large and well suited for alot of people. The outdoor showers (2) were great, even had warm water, a place to wash your feet off before going into the house. The jacuzzi was fantastic. The chairs on the main deck just so comfortable. The house does need to be updated. The wood needs to be better taken care of, the window above the sink is in need of repair. The wood around the windows needs attending to, stained, looks like water stains. The windows Really need to be cleaned. Some sliding doors had screens that were hard to open and close and others had no screen door at all. There was a musty smell when we entered the house for the first time. The kitchen really needs a make-over, its old and gets alot of use. Thank you

The house was adequate—cleanliness not so good. Upstairs shower drain had 1/4 in rim of crud around it: vent completely caked with dirt: light bulb in BR broken and left as such—reported all in timely fashion—someone spoke with me initially until I started asking about cleaning practices and I have not heard anything since.
