Apparent upgrades to the kitchen countertops, flooring throughout, bathrooms, and carpeting were nice. The house was in decent shape. The cleaning prior to our arrival was incomplete in several areas. We did enjoy our stay.

We’ve been vacationing at island creek for almost 15 years with another family. Have stayed in most homes (especially those in north side). You can’t beat the location…beautiful sound sunsets and a quick walk to the beach. This house has 2 outdoor showers which is awesome, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the deck chairs newer and in great shape. The kitchen needs some TLC for sure. When it rains, the windows leak and the floors get wet. The TVs are super old. The washer and dryer are super old. The decor has been around since the 80s. The pool chairs are half broken. <br /> <br /> I mainly stay in these houses because the houses are totally fine but the location and community is the best. Would totally stay here again.

Good location, next to excellent restaurant and water sports rental place. Convenient access to island. Inside was abit worn (carpet, finishes, counters), but light and airy. No instructions for anything (tv’s, fireplace, jacuzzi), so difficult to use. Very close to neighbors and some can be noisy at night. Jacuzzi very weak-worthless.
