This is a spectacular beach house in the outer banks.
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here for six days. The views are spectacular and we all had some great memories made of the sunrise and sunset every single day along with walks on the beach.
All of the bedrooms, the living room, and the grade room Were immaculately clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the silverware, pots and pans, and a full pantry. We were three families, and all of us enjoyed staying here.
Every single amenity that Won could ask for was available. The hosts were incredible and all of the instructions for check-in, and check out and for our stay Were available well in advance. This place is definitely one for the memories and we will definitely look forward to coming back here after year.

The house was beautiful, clean, and laid out very well. The views were stunning and the location to the beach was great. The house was well-stocked with towels, furniture, beach equipment, and other amenities. The kitchen setup was especially fantastic. Karl and Stacy were quick to respond and helpful the entire time. I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a very nice week with my family ! We had a beautiful view of the ocean and we can also hear the waves. The house is very spacious, comfortable and very clean. Nothing was missing. We will have great memories of our holidays.

This is the perfect place for a low key family get away. We had everything we needed. Personal access to the beach, ocean view off of beautiful balconies, and quick access to restaurants and grocery stores. My family loves to cook and the kitchen was amazing! We had everything we needed...even cast iron options, which we love to cook on! Would definately recommend this home for any trip. Kid friendly, but only if you want it to be.

The picture doesn't due this property justice. The house and beach are just beautiful. The house was impeccably clean and has all the amenities you could possibly want. Can't wait to stay there again.

If you want to save money by cooking in, this unit has an excellently appointed chef's kitchen with anything that you can think of to cook with available. There are many features that I don't remember reading about such as a Weber gas grill, and outdoor shower. There is plenty of room for seven adults and a one year old with all of her toys. There was a high chair and a Pack n Play there already so consider touching base with owner prior to your rental to see what you might be able to leave at home. Owners and local caretakers are super responsive and when we thought that we had a problem (but were wrong) they responded within minutes and someone came to the unit within 15 minutes to help us realized that there was no problem. Can't say enough about this unit and the owners. It is even walking distance from Food Lion! Yes this is a real and honest review by a renter from 5/12-5/19/23 :)

We enjoyed our stay at this beach house. The upstairs was a great place to spend time together and is excellent in any kind of weather. You have the Perfect view of the ocean, short walk to the sandy beach. Our children enjoyed the boogie boards and the warmer water. We took the ferry to Ocracoke Island and ate the the Dajio restaurant and toured the island. It was worth it, just have to plan well for the ferry times if it’s busy or you could be waiting for awhile. The host, Karl and Stacy communication is excellent and they were helpful to make sure we had everything we needed. Much appreciated!

Every time a normal-size beach house gets knocked ...
Every time a normal-size beach house gets knocked down on the northern OBX (so a house 3x as big can be built), another family like ours decides it's worth the extra 90-min drive to stay on Hatteras. I'd tell you how great this place is, but then you'd come here too and we'd have to go all the way to Ocracoke instead.
