It's hard to find rentals near the Marana suburb. For a retired couple, it was perfect. Beyond the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, there is an office with french doors off the living room. I was able to have zoom meetings while my husband watched tv. Both of us took advantage of the walking trails in the neighborhood and on up Dove Mountain. We had the community park just beyond our back wall. Each day it was easy to explore further both on foot and driving up Dove Mountain. I like to cook. The kitchen was outfitted well with a wide variety of pans. The large square table was great for having spacious room to eat with the family. We don't grill, but the backyard looked inviting. The location on a curve of the neighborhood made for a quiet location.

Perfect location for our family stay. Well stocked kitchen if you want to cook and nice backyard. Would definitely stay again.

The house and amenities were great. The furniture in living area was not real comfortable. We were forced to cut short our stay by COVID-19 virus.

Great location! Close to Dove Mtn & handy to many other hiking trails. Clean & well maintained property with a well stocked kitchen. Just bring your clothes & food & move in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (one month) in this lovely home. The location is excellent, in a quiet safe, neighbourhood. The home is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, and more. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and and blankets, with nice touches such as shower gel, shampoo and even moisturizer in the bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, pots, and dishes. All I had to buy was food. Ben is a wonderful host. He responds quickly to emails and phone calls. I highly recommend this home.

Property is located in a quiet, family neighborhood. It has everything you could possibly need. The owner is very available and helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate renting here again.

Our first trip to Tucson could not have been better. We arrived a few hours early and the cleaning crew was just finishing up. A quick call to Ben confirmed that it was OK to check in. The house is very well equipped with everything you might need. The beds were comfortable, the WiFi and TV worked well and the kitchen had more utensils than you would expect to find. We enjoyed sitting out in the patio area and grilling. The location is residential and mostly quiet, but has quick access to I10 and and some of the main streets. You can walk to Walgreens, a brew pub and a pizza restaurant. Fry’s is an easy drive just a couple miles away. There is a nice park right behind the house and several golf courses right up the road. Very safe feel to the area. The thing we enjoyed most was the beautiful walking trails right out the front door. You can walk for miles on nicely maintained gravel trails through the area. Ben is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this property and would be very happy to return some day.

The house was perfect for our family holiday. Well laid out, very clean and with all the amenities. The community tennis courts just a short walk away were a bonus. Great hiking, road and mountain biking all nearby. It’s a very quiet, friendly neighbourhood. We would highly recommend this house to friends or anyone else.
