Great location! We had 4 adults and had no problem with the size of the apartment, but Valerie did warn us before confirming our booking that some people find it a little small for 4 which was appreciated!

It is a cozy apartment, with and incredible view. In a wonderful neighborhood which is comfortably walkable. There is plenty to see within walking distance and with the subway a block away, it puts the rest of Buenos Aires within easy reach. If we get to Buenos Aires again we will certainly consider this as our home away from home. Will gladly recommend it to friends. The host and apartment manager were helpful and accommodating after a horrible experience we had at our first rental. Wished we had chosen this for both our stays in Buenos Aires.

Valerie's apartment is as described with beautiful views. Maximo was the best when my daughter left her cell phone on a tour bus and we could not contact them. He responded immediately when we had a plumbing problem. Thanks Maximo, you were great.

Great location in Recoleta and convenient to everything. Accommodation was a bit dated and smaller than anticipated. Good space for 2 adults but not for 4. Max was very responsive and helpful. Bed was too soft and needs replacement.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this perfectly located apartment. What a view of Recoleta Cemetery! We had everything we needed during our stay, inside and outside the apartment. Valerie was super responsive and flexible. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Recoleto. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped, and the location can’t be beat. Although the apartment is close to a subway stop, we took taxis everywhere, as they were cheap and always available. The neighborhood was pleasant and seemed very safe. Highly recommended.

Nailed it: perfect location, very bright, great views of Recoleta Cemetary, balcony with 2 chairs, lots of windows, fully equipped apartment, Free Netflix, wifi works great, 2 elevators, sun all day, there is a safe for valuables, building has double gate, doorman, lots of books and guidebooks, power bars to take Canadian and US plugs (no adapters needed), landline for local calls to book restaurants/taxis etc. Owner and host very helpful and responsive to questions. Areas for improvement: install washing machine, a couple of small tea tray tables for eating on (there’s no dining table), provide garbage bags, create a "welcome booklet" with info on how the stove works (it’s tricky), how to get the outer window shutters up and down, how to get Murphy bed down, recommended restaurants, safest taxi companies, closest subway stop, location of large supermarket, etc. Make sure to ask these questions to the check-in host. The traffic noise from bedroom can be a bit loud at night, even though apartment is on 9th floor, just late night hustle and bustle of the city. (Windows are thin glass and can hear lots going on outside). Double paned glass might help. These things are just “nice to haves” based on other apartments we have rented during our travels. They by no means take away from the greatness of the apartment and the wonderful experience we had in BA. You can't go wrong staying here! Beautiful spot!
