Perfect stay.

The place is as amazing as the photos, the experience though is something else. Everything was thought out perfectly from the welcome to the sad part of having to leave. We loved the place so much we ordered several meals for takeout/ delivery so we could enjoy the apartment and it’s views

A wonderful rooftop sanctuary in the heart of delightful, bustling Palermo!

Delighted us from the moment we walked through the front door and saw the wonderful, open and sunny vista from the floor to ceiling glass walls and open balconies all around. Upstairs to the bedroom and more of the same with a little balcony and inviting table and chairs - just perfect for your morning coffee! The apartment is well furnished and equipped, very comfortable and we immediately felt at home. Both the living area and bedroom are air conditioned which was very welcome in the extremely hot weather. It is superbly located in the residential area of Palermo with its many excellent restaurants, bars and ice cream parlours as well as a good selection of food shops, boutiques and local markets. We loved the late night vibe and felt very safe and comfortable wandering the streets and sitting outside a corner bar with a glass of Torrontes in the early hours! The apartment is only 5 minutes walk from Palermo Station (Subte and mainline) so ideal for seeing the City. We also enjoyed stopping off en route at the classy (but good value) new outlet shopping area built into the arches of the station (also good for buying your fresh breakfast bread in the morning!). Peter, the owner, is swift to respond and a pleasure to deal with as were the local management team (Andres and Marcelo). We were very sorry to leave and very much hope to return before too long!

Living it up in the penthouse!

We rented the penthouse for two months and have thoroughly enjoyed it. This is our second time in the penthouse. We live the views from all the windows. The patio has a grill where you can cook a steak while you enjoy the spectacular sunsets while sipping a glass of great Argentine wine. The sitting area has A/C and a flat screen TV with some English speaking channels. The kitchen is small with a stove, oven, full size refrigerator and basic kitchen equipment. The bedroom is upstairs and has comfortable piloted and bed. There’s another air conditioner up there. Bath and shower combo is there with a hairdryer. Towels and linens are provided. For long term rentals we have weekly maid service. Downstairs also has a half bath. There’s a washer in the kitchen. On the level above the bedroom there’s an outdoor jacuzzi with plenty of hot water. It’s so relaxing to sit there after dark and see the lights of the city. Short walking distance to markets and many restaurants. This is in Palermo Soho but very near Palermo Hollywood. You can see District Arcos from the windows. There’s a swimming pool on the ground level behind the building. There’s a security gate to enter the building that is attended 24/7.

Home away from home

We had the pleasure of spending 5 weeks in this penthouse. It has beautiful panoramic views of the water and city. Sunsets are spectacular! The patio is a great place from which to view them. We had great views of the city lights at night while sitting in the hot tub on the top floor. The king size bed is very comfortable and so are the pillows. It is nice to have TV service that has so many of our favorite American shows. The location is safe and conveniently located within walking distance of all essential services. WiFi service worked pretty well most of the time. Orientation meeting was thorough and very helpful. We hope to return for another extended stay.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at Penthouse Fray and it did not disappoint! Very well kept apartment in the one of the best areas of the city with BREATHTAKING views! Highly recommend and definitely going back next year! Thank you for the magnigficent experience!

Un Sueño!!

M i esposo y yo nos alojamos en este Pentahouse y nuestra estadia fue maravillosa. El lugar es muy centrico y ofrece bastante seguridad. Fuimos recibidos por el propietario y fue bastante amable y servicial.

Perfect location

My wife and I were in beautiful Buenos Aires for 44 days. We had rented the six senses condo with great expectations and we were not disappointed. This condo with its floor to ceiling windows and its three terraces provide breathtaking views of the city under our feet day and nights including magnificent sunsets. Although small, the place is well equiped and is comfortable. One of the best feature of this condo is its location right between the heart of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood which is to our opinion the best neighborhood to stay if you are in BA for a few weeks or more. A few minutes’ walk from eighter Palermo or Plaza Italia subway stations and probably over 200 good restaurants shops and bars within 30 minutes walking distance. We had very good communications with Peter the owner and the people of BA4U that looked after the condo over there. They even went out of their way to provide us with a very pleasant stay. As my wife was working remotely over there four days a week, they were able to provide us with an office desk and an office chair. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Great view

Great view from this top floor. Really enjoyed sitting in the outdoor tub looking over the city, especially since the weather was so hot during our stay. Some maintenance issues were discovered and are going to be addressed by the owner. If I return to BA, I would stay here again.

Thank you for the feedback John and especially for taking the time to alert us to some maintenance issues; the main one being the bedroom air-conditioner failing to cool upstairs comfortably. The entire unit has now been replaced by a brand new as well larger unit, ensuring many future years of service. The other minor issues are confirmed all now in order, as well your improvement suggestions are great ideas we will look to implement such as LED lighting. Hard to find better!!

Fantastic! We were picked up at the airport, no problems at all. The apartment itself was amazing, the security awesome and the views absolutely incredible! Everything was immaculate. Marcelo did the meet and greet and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he spent plenty of time showing us maps, dining, shopping and sight seeing hints. We also booked our transfer on leaving the apartment and another transfer when we returned from other travels. Even though we were not staying in the apartment the 2nd time. Marcelo handled all the transfer and everything went according to plan. We completely reccoment this apartment , a very professional group of people and a beautiful stay!

Top quality and great views

Excellent apartment with plenty of space and facilities. Great views and atmosphere. Well looked after and good dealing with owner Peter. Area has plenty of restaurants and shops etc. Would certainly return. Definitely met our expectations.
