An incredible apartment. The view is out of this world. Well appointed. Great area with bars, restaurants, pools. We couldn't recommend this high enough and Rebecca was responsive and very accommodating.

Excelentes vistas
El piso es tal y como se ve en las fotos y con unas vistas maravillosas. Está muy equipado y no le falta de nada. Pasamos unas vacaciones muy bonitas. Recomendable para familias.

Great place
Beautiful views from a fabulous apartment. Stayed one week and had a great time. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Well maintained and perfect for what we needed.

Peace, quite and perfect
Just back from a holiday of peace, quite and relaxation in this beaufiful home from home apartment. If you are looking for peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings this is your place. Rebecca's apartment is absolutely beautiful, a home from home with everything you need at hand. The decor in the apartment is beautiful creating a totally relaxing atmosphere and two balconies, one looking out over the pool area and a small balcony off the bedroom. The pool area was beautiful surrounded by beautiful gardens. Very quite while we were there and never a problem getting sunbeds.Plenty other pools in the resort but we were happy to stay at ours. Georgous beach just out the main entrance.Walk a few minutes to your right and you will go under the road to come out on the beach at Villa Tropicana restaurant and cocktail bar.On site just around the corner from apartment is a small pantry / shop. It is quite pricey but perfect for the basics. €5 will bring you in a taxi to the myramar shopping center for a big shop. We walked there and got taxi back with the shopping.Plenty restaurants also on site. Good food but a little pricey. €6 in taxi to fuengerolia. We ate at " Limoncello" restaurant in fuengerolia, lovely food reasonably priced. There are a number of steps around club la Costa World but I managed them fine even with a fractured ankle.
Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with and was so helpful with any queries I had. Sheena met us at the apartment with the keys and was so welcoming even though we arrived late and our flight had been delayed.
All in all I will definitely be returning to this gem of an apartment. Fantastic value and better than we expected.

Wonderful
I stayed 77 days and it was an excellent experience! Beautiful views, it was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had all that was needed to cook any type of meal. The private parking space is very practical. The grounds are impeccable and beautiful. I would recommend a car for those that have mobility issues as It is on a hill. Many amenities in the complex, restaurants, market, tours, pools, etc.
Rebecca and Sheena are wonderful hosts and contacts, very helpful and quick to respond. I have no complaints, I had a great time!

Beautiful apartment with amazing views!
This apartment is an amazing home from home. It has almost everything you could want in a holiday home. The views are amazing bit from the front and back balconies. The front main balcony off the living room gets the morning sun and overlooks the pool. We enjoyed eating some meals out here and also sat out here in the evening playing cards while making the most of the views. The views from the main bedroom balcony were just as stunning.
The apartment is on CLC world and the pool and grounds were kept spotlessly clean. We only ate on camp once in Zacharies and the pizza was average st best. This was while watching England play in the World Cup. The happy hour made it good value for the drinks but it would be expensive otherwise. Much better value can be found by walking into Fuengirola which was a pleasant walk along the front. The shopping center is also a short walk away and we enjoyed grabbing a few items in Primark.
Rebecca the owner gave us lots of tips about the local area. We enjoyed Aquamijas and the Bioparc which are close by. We hired a car from Malaga airport through Do You Spain for £16.99 for the 12 days we were there. This enabled us to shop easily in the local Iceland and Lidl and really stock up. A bottle of wine was €1:14. We had a little trouble opening without a bottle opener so this is perhaps needed in the apartment. We also used the car to go to the Amazon Adventure Park which is a high ropes course nearby.
The main thing missing from the apartment is WiFi. I must admit I quite enjoyed the break from social media and all that but my teenage children would have liked to have it available.
Sheena couldn’t meet us due to our late arrival but she was there to clean the apartment before we left. She equally as lovely as Rebecca.
I would recommend this apartment to anyone and we can’t wait to go back. Just don’t go and book when we want to go 😉

Thanks for letting us know as we ordinarily have a bottle opener at the apartment so it must have gone walkabout..
We have also set up an easier log in option for the WIFI so you will be able to access the complimentary WIFI easier next time too!
Great that you got to see so much during your stay. El Establo restaurant next door to the resort is another good choice. It has a very well priced Menu of the Day and a variety of meal options. They also host the Andalusian horse show spectacular and flamenco show there at the restaurant which is also worthwhile to attend! We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and see you again soon! WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!
The only thing that is good about this apartment is the view. The apartment itself needs a good clean. The apartment doesn't have the specifications for a "Penthouse" Therefore, do not be fooled by the pictures. There is no sun on the main balcony, so if you are wanting to while away a few hours on the balcony looking for sun, then this is not for you!. Furthermore, I was told by the owner that I could have the apartment at a reduced cost of 270 euros for the week. I paid 360 euros and after asking the owner many times for the refund, I wont be holding my breath. We did have other issues, However, these were rectified at the time.

Given that other readers take reviews and your comments very seriously, honesty is paramount.
All amounts discussed and provided by both parties can still be viewed and verified via the Holiday lettings communication platform. I therefore suggest to again review our communication history and it is also best to contact the Holiday Lettings customer care team direct and they will also reconfirm to you that you have not been overcharged. They can also further explain to you their booking fees policy and currency exchange etc.
FACT 1: REFUND
No Refund was given because you were not overcharged. The Holidaylettings secure booking system cannot overcharge you more than what is agreed.
The amount you paid was the amount you yourself agreed and authorised to Holiday Lettings. The only person who can authorise the payment is you. Only you can agree, accept and authorise the amount to be paid.
FACT 2: RATE OFFERED
270euros was never agreed and is simply not feasible. Guests by all means are welcome to request a discounted price to be considered, however it can never be guaranteed that they will be accepted. Moreover, the wishful amount you requested to pay was in fact 270pounds sterling not 270euros. (Eg. approx 302euros at the time)
Prior to confirming the booking is was firmly advised that there were booking booking fees charged to both parties by Holiday lettings and these fees could not be waived.
At the time of booking, the total amount (which reflects the associated booking fees) was again reconfirmed to you and was agreed and authorised with payment acceptance by you. Again, the above can verified by the conversation history.
FACT 3: CLEANLINESS
At the cleanliness inspection report (arranged upon request for you the day after check in) Fresh beach towels were requested and they were provided to you with compliments. Aside from this matter, you confirmed direct to your Holiday host that no cleaning was required.
(Please note, although hotels and holiday apartments do offer bath towels to guests, many DO NOT offer beach towels). For guests who have not brought their own beach towels with them, we can provide complimentary beach towels upon request.
After the cleaning inspection was arranged, the matter was again followed up via phone call and text messages to ascertain if there were any other issues for which none were raised. You then continued to stay on at the property for the entire stay and upon check out, no further mention of any issues were raised.
FACT 4: SUNSHINE ON THE BALCONY
There are choice of two (2) balconies at the apartment. The front larger balcony receives Morning (including glorious sunrises) and as well as Midday sun. The smaller back balcony receives afternoon sun.
Please also take into consideration that your visit was not in Summer. Rather it was during the last week in October (mid Autumn) when the temperatures were in the low to mid 20's degrees. Mother Nature, the time of day and the season will always have an impact on how much sun actually falls on the balcony.
In addition to the chairs on the balconies, situated directly in front of the apartment there are sun loungers also placed around the swimming pool. These sun loungers are not affixed to the ground so can be freely moved into a position in and out of sun / shade as and when required. This swimming pool area receives sun until late afternoon.
FACT 5: TOP FLOOR/PENTHOUSE
As can be verified by the TripAdvisor team who have also visited and photographed the apartment, the property is a top floor / penthouse apartment with a priviledged positioning allowing greater panoramic views. As the apartment has no neighbours above, it also offers greater privacy compared to neighbouring apartments below. As can be noted in the photos, the property has modest yet comfortable furnishings and is therefore affordable and priced accordingly. Many other comparable priced apartments within the complex offer no views and some are also non-renovated.

Our stay in club la costa world fuengirola spain
Just arrived back home. The apartment was excellent home from home everything we needed. The view from both balconies was amazing. Sheena sorted the keys out for us; she was a lovely lady and made us feel very welcome. Taxis always available and sams pantry was really good for snacks,cakes etc. Had a fantastic holiday. We used the free train around the complex often.

I agree with you, the train is a great opportunity to get around the resort and visit all the various locations venues and restaurants around the complex.
