Great Holiday. Good Position. Excellent Accommodation.
excellent accomodation, very clean, comfortable, air con in all rooms. good pool shared with 3 other villas. very close to a small supermarket, restaurants and the burriana beach only 2/3 minutes walk away. about a 15 minute easy walk to the balcon europe in the centre of the old town. this villa will enable you to enjoy the beach in the day and the old town with many restaurants ,bars and shops in the evening. you do not need to have a car. taxi from the airport arranged by the agents was 70euro each way,

Lovely property and great location
The property was in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants and Nerja Town. The fact it had air conditioning made for a more comfortable stay!

Great location
We were a family of four adults and two children ages 9 and 14. The location was great. Only a five minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes into town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable for all of us. Even though the weather wasn't great ( seems every where it is changing) we had morning sun at the beach and afternoons in town. The only thing that was strange is the Spanish garbage scene. There are only three trash cans in the whole house and you have to take it out to recycle bins which were a block away. A minor issue.

A villa that has all you need in one!
Having researched the location and size of pool, this had it all!
Our estate agent, Ian, couldnt have been more helpful. Our group included 2 adults and 5 children aged 4-10yrs The villa is very clean and comfortable, lots of space and storage, Aircon in all rooms was brillient. All necessities you need in the kitchen, balcony with canopy which was great in the hot sun, a locked gate to exit so we never had to worry about the kids going to the pool which also has a locked gate ANOTHER LESS WORRY. The pool is large and was cleaned daily. We were very lucky to have it all to ourselves. It has a grass verge with table canopy and chairs and also a shower. The supermarket is right beside Burriana beach 2-3 min walk and we did our first big shop in a SuperSol which we walked to. The only complaint from the kids was the uphill walk into town but each survived it each evening! 7 euro for taxi home. Also, steps up to the villa may not suit a buggy. 15mins walk to town centre, lovely restaurants and bars. The town itself is lovely, very Spanish and clean. Nice little shops. No need for a car and a very fast taxi service which any propieter will book for you..
NERJA is definitely a place i would like to return to one day!

Great villa, great location and city overall
We enjoyed our stay in villa Pinomar. The villa itself is spacious and is maintained in good condition. Pool is shared between 4 villas, but is large therefore we even prefered it to having a small own pool some other villas had.
Villa is in great location, 5 minutes walk to the best beach in Nerja.
We also enjoyed the city itself a lot which felt very authentic especially compared to most others much more "touristy" cities on the coast.

Very nice, spacious, a delightful stay!
Great villa, very spacious and nicely made. Fantastic location - very close to the main (Burriana beach). Outdoor pool shared by three villas which is never a problem as very rarely we swam with someone else. Beach - very close which is a huge advantage as people who lived further away had to go up and down an enormous hill every day to get to. Kitchen is a bit dated but wasnt a problem for us as everything worked fine. Overall, very nice stay and would recommend this property! And the letting agency is very helpful and prompt in responding to all requests and quiries.

Perfect location, comfortable, large and well equipped accommodation
My holiday group included 5 adults and two children. The 3 bedrooms were of a very good standard, both doubles had large patio doors and beautiful sea views. The sofa bed downstairs, although in the main living area, is slightly tucked away and therefore gave the person sleeping here a sense of privacy. Two good sized bath rooms, one at ground level and the second one upstairs with the bedroom, both with very powerful showers. Small kitchen but well equipped with all the appliances you will need for a comfortable self-catering holiday. The outside space was superb, a fabulous sun terrace off the main lounge with gorgeous see views, seating for 7 people comfortably and also a sun terrace of one of the double bedrooms which leads up to a large roof terrace. The pool was an added bonus and we were lucky enough to be of sole use during our stay, it is set in a small, well maintained garden just below the villa.
This villa was so ideally situated with only a 5 minute (max) walk down to the wonderful Burianna beach and the local restaurants and shops. As visit into Nerja town was a 15 minute, very pleasant walk, although up a steep path to start with.
There are 2 main large supermarkets within 10 minute walks from the villa, or a very well stocked smaller supermarket just by the beach.
This is my second time to Nerja and have thoroughly enjoyed both my visits, but this villa is by far my favourite. I actually can't think of a single fault with regards to this villa or its location :)
Thank you to Ian for sorting out our taxi's too and from the airport, really appreciated not having to worry about that aspect whilst on holiday.
Would highly recommend this villa.

Great place for family holiday and excellent location
We stayed here for 1 week in mid May. The villa is very comfortable, clean and practical for extended family stays. The location is excellent as being very close to the beach. 3 min walk to and from which the family loved. 15 min walk up to the old town. I leased this place after reading previous reviews and it exceeded my expectations. Would happily recommend the villa and the agent Ian Gillespie was excellent to deal with and made it stress free. Overall a great holiday.

Fabulous villa in Nerja
Had a fantastic time in Nerja. Very spacious apartment with super facilities. Kids loved the pool. Perfectly located for beach and town.

lovely villa in perfect location
villa pinomar is an excellent choice for the larger group of travellers, it has everything you need and brilliant for the kids. so close to beach, shops bars etc so we saved the expense of hiring a car, the bus station is only about 15 mins walk away and a trip to frigillana on market day (thurs) is a lovely outing. we had a wonderful time and big thanks to ian for being so helpful with our booking and stay.
