Phillip was an amazing host from even before our trip until the very end of our trip. He was always there to answer any questions and he doesn’t live too far away if you did need him. This is a beautiful home full of art everywhere you turn. We cozied up in the living room our first night to enjoy a movie on the projector screen. The yard is large and very dog friendly. And the home is great for drinking some wine outside and stargazing with your loved one. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. I could go on but you’ll just need to experience this place yourself.

This home was perfect for me and my husband. We appreciated the remote location and beautiful artwork throughout the home and property. The yard is completely fenced so our two little dogs were completely safe. We would love to stay here again one day.

My husband and I recently stayed at Phillip's gorgeous home in Landers for a long weekend in the desert. Phillip met us on arrival to walk through everything and even had a bowl of water waiting for our dog. The property is in a perfect spot- very secluded while not being too far away from town. The design of the yard and home is so thoughtful. So many spots to enjoy the mountains, sunrises, and sunsets - from the several unique seating areas throughout the property or from inside looking through the windows and doors. The artwork is beautiful and interesting. The pool is pristine and a great way to cool off during the day or gaze at the sunsets in the evening. Highly recommend - it was perfect.

This is by far the coolest home rental I’ve ever experienced. Landers Vortex exceeded the photos pictured and our expectations. 10/10 recommend. Can’t wait to return!!!

We have visited this stunning house many times over the years - it is a work of art, full of soul and an obvious labor of love. So happy to be able to return after the past years craziness kept us away.

Exceeded my expectations!

We enjoyed a quiet weekend of hiking during the day and star gazing at night. As an architect I enjoyed the design of the house and both of us loved the private beautiful garden surrounding the house. This place is a great desert oasis retreat.

Excellent, fun, unique dessert oasis. Private, quiet, well equipped and extremely comfortable home with quirky treasures around every corner. Views from every spot in the house. Very clean with all the amenities. Yard to die for, you’ll never want to leave. Phillip is a perfect host.

An artist escape with beautiful views and everything you would need to to have a wonderful time. A lot of love was put into this property and it's abundance of artwork through out was a joy. Communication with Phillip was a breeze. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.
