This is the second time I've stayed in one of these properties, and I have to say they never disappoint. If you are looking to get away and disconnect, this is your place. Also, this house is very modern, has excellent amenities, and has a great host.

Relaxing weekend getaway. Perfect for small family who wanted to relax. Kids had plenty to do with pool, hot tub, nature walk, and gazing at the stars. Loved the small special added touches. Felt comfortable within home & safe within area.

This property is absolutely amazing and lives up to its name. The sunsets and the sunrises were beautiful. The property was quiet and provided everything needed to relax and enjoy. The little touches like the smores kit, games for the kids, and chilled prosecco were perfect. The pool was lovely after a day of hiking, and we felt completely comfortable and at home the entire time. It's a short drive to the park and into town. Both teens and adults enjoyed themselves.

The house was perfect and Kathryn thinks of everything! The little touches she put into this home and for her guests are so thoughtful. I will always stay here when traveling to Joshua Tree. The house really has a WOW factor. It was so clean and had plenty of things to do within the home. We never wanted to leave! Check in and check out was a breeze. I would give Sunset Road a 10/10! Loved it!

The house was perfect for us. The owners went to great lengths to make our stay special. The welcome gifts, sunset viewing chairs, hot tub, pool, hammocks, patio lounging and dining provided many ways to enjoy our stay. The sunsets and the star-gazing were fantastic. Definitely, a five-star stay!

My husband and I recently stayed at the Sunset House and enjoyed our time immensely. It was our first time visiting the area and the house was perfect for our needs. I would recommend this property to any of my friends.

We used this property for a girls hiking getaway. It’s about 15-20 minutes from the east and north entrance of Joshua Tree. It was perfect and relaxing, and so dang cute! It had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of hiking. It was a very quiet area and we really enjoyed our mornings outside listening to the birds and drinking coffee.

A beautiful place that is so beautiful and secluded. We do highly recommend bring groceries so you don't have to leave. The hosts were great and their attention to detail really shows. Big thumbs up!

The property is how it looks in pictures. My dog loved running out in the back. They have another trailer close so there was some other people around but we didn’t interact with them. They had everything we needed even nice fluffy robes.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sunset Road home. The house had many nice touches to it. From the record player with vintage records, multiple games (bocce ball was our favorite), hot tub, comfy beds and epic sunrises and sunsets, this house was a pure joy. Oh, and the bottle of bubbly and s'mores kit! We also enjoyed hiking and rock climbing in Joshua Tree, dinner at Pappy & Harriets, coffee at Joshua Tree coffee co, and surprisingly good Mexican food from the drive through in Joshua tree. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything needed for our coffee habit, breakfasts, and snacks. Epic vacation that the whole family enjoyed!
