I like the house everything's okay but just one thing I saw two cockroach . Another thing I like because they have everything that I need, plates cups spoons. Thank you so much

We had a great stay! We were in town for 10 days for a softball tournament. The kids had a great time playing pool and board games. There was plenty of room to spread out after a long hot day. There was laundry detergent for dirty uniforms, plenty of dishes, clean towels, etc…. The kitchen had all the basics and we weren’t far from grocery stores to stock up. We were only 30 minutes from Disney and 45 minutes from most beaches. Great place for family vacay.

Big back yard, with a big size room for the kids to play and family to hang our. Nice size kitchen the house seemed very well taken care of. The owner was very nice, great communication to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you Eva.

This house met our needs in terms of sleeping space, number of bathrooms, and common areas. The outdoor space was exceptional and welcoming and provided a great place to gather and grill. I believe the more competitive price was probably reflective of the neighborhood. While not the most upscale area, it was a very convenient location. Furnishings were a bit "tired" at best, but clean and adequate. Eva was very responsive through the whole process.

We absolutely loved our stay! This home has everything you need and more. My extended family came in from all over to celebrate a graduation nearby. This home was perfect and room for all 14 Family members and more… This Home is big and beautiful. Host was great and worked with us and we changed reservations twice, had to check in a day early and check out a day late. I definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a really nice and stay at at this house during our son's college graduation. The backyard is lovely for a picnic with a big new grill and outdoor fireplace, sun screens overhead and flowering plants. Our teens loved the rec room with pool table and foos ball table. The bedrooms are well optimized to hold a family -- with queen bunks in two of the rooms. The host is a great communicator and was prompt in addressing our requests -- like a refill for the grill propane. The only thing we have remarks about is there is a rooster next door who has a lot to say in the morning -- which didn't bother us but could be an annoyance depending on the person -- and the neighborhood is not glamorous. The upside is that the late-night taco stands are a 5 minute drive away and the tacos are the best we've ever had! Overall it's a great value, the hosts are very nice and it's a short drive to Clairmont and mountain hiking.

We stayed at this property during our 10 year college reunion. It comfortably slept 8 adults and was a perfect spot for us to reset. The check in process was easy and the backyard was really beautiful!
