The property was a immaculate with a beautiful backyard, perfect for early morning breakfast! And the washer and dryer was a real plus! Would definitely stay here again

Updated, clean and tidy home with great yard. We were visiting my dtr who attends college in Claremont. This home was an easy 4 mile drive from Claremont village/school and was also just over a mile from Pomona Valley Hospital Med Center when my father required admission. We hugely appreciated the timely and helpful responses from the owner. Though we had an unfortunate circumstance we couldn't have ended up in a better place and really can't thank Abel enough for the use of this home and his communication.

This is an extremely comfortable and clean property. The neighborhood is a cozy, family-friendly environment, that provides the perfect place to get away from it all, but still be close to amenities. First, the inside is bright and modern. The kitchen is extremely well provisioned with sturdy cookware, utensils and spices. I would say it ranks in the top 5% of kitchens I've stayed at at this price point. The living spaces are bright and sunny, and it's possible to get a great cross breeze by opening the back door. Outside is simply gorgeous. Views of the mountains, well manicured lawn with a lemon and pomelo tree. The cabana in the back is a great place to have coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Overall, we loved our stay here. Abel was always responsive to messages and helped us figure out entry even though we got in really late. Would recommend to anyone with a group of 4 or less, as it would probably get a bit cramped if there were more.
