We loved this property and we wanted to give it 5 stars, but the hot tub was not working and the "pool" was tiny and in terrible condition. The owners were very nice. Overall fantastic, but very disappointed with the hot tub and pool.

Perfect location, quiet and peaceful! Nina was great to work with and all of our expectations were met amd more! What a great experience we will never forget!

It was wonderful to feel like we were in the country while being so close to downtown Sonoma. The unit was very clean - it is an older property and as expected could use some TLC but we had what we needed overall. We were never able to get the hot tub to heat which was to bad. Great communication with Nina who is warm and wonderful.

We would stay again . Meet some really special people and had a great time 🍷

Stayed here with my wife for our 17 year anniversary. The property is nice and quiet and has a great hot tub that we enjoyed fully. We walked around the grounds and had a wonderful getaway.

The stay was amazing! We were just starting our 3 week honeymoon and this was the PERFECT hideaway to allow us to rest and relax. The deck has a firepit, hottub, and table for anything you might need. The host was a great communicator and allowed us access to the pool on property which was perfect for relaxing at. It was about a 10 minute drive to some of the wineries in NAPA and Sonoma and ubers/lyfts were plentiful. Would definitely recomemnd!

We really enjoyed our stay in this cottage on the grounds of this lovely family winery. The cottage was spacious and well equipped. The owner was very nice and accommodating to work with.

We had a great vacation in Sonoma. We picked this place for its central location and amenities that were listed. The hot tub was nice but one of the head rests was missing and you can tell it’s old and probably needs to either be replaced or have some maintenance. The property was beautiful with the vineyard and all the trees , however the listing mentions that the property comes with a pool and an outdoor kitchen that guests of the cottage are welcome to use. That being said, it was obvious that the pool or outdoor kitchen were not used in quite a while. The pool was filthy and there was green scum everywhere. The outdoor kitchen was mildewed and moldy on the grill and refrigerator. The grounds were unkemp and the outdoor furniture was covered in mildew as well. It was disappointing to say the least. The cottage itself was charming and comfortable, it needs some updating. The coffee maker was disgusting as it smelled of mold in the water chamber, they did provide a keurig coffee maker but did not include any kcups. There was very little in the way of condiments such as salt and pepper and other essential spices and things. The listing advertised two grills, a charcoal and gas grills. There was no charcoal on the property and the gas grill was out of gas. I will say they had tons of towels and paper products for use. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice and private. All in all we did enjoy our stay. The owner was responsive when we had questions about the TV. I would stay here again because it did meet all our needs but it would be great to see the owner remedy some of the issues.

Very nice place to stay while visiting Sonoma Wineries and going to an outdoor theatre production by Transcendence Theater in Jack London Park. Everything was clean and convenient. Linen closet held extra towels and washcloths. Hot tub was not working during our stay but a swim in the pool behind the main house was lovely. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans - and the dishwasher made it easy to wash up afterwards.
