Wow!!! What a great property. This house is more beautiful in real life than it is in pictures. The home is fully stocked with high end amenities. Everything is there for you.

This place is beautiful. The house is even better in person than the pictures suggest. It’s huge, beautifully furnished and decorated and comes well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. My two year old daughter especially loved visiting the neighbors multiple times a day - miniature horses, goats, ducks and chickens are right next door and would come over to the fence separating the properties, so it was like we had a private petting zoo. The pool isn’t heated and so we didn’t really use it during our mid-April stay, but it still created a great ambience. We all left saying we need to come back and stay here every year.

The house couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s rooms were spacious and comfortable-each of the 4 rooms en suite. Pool was refreshing-no heater which is good for warm weather but might be chilly in cooler months. The only thing our group missed was having a jacuzzi- other than that-this house is a perfect 10!

I’m almost reluctant to share my love for this gorgeous home as it is absolutely perfect. Great for large groups with so much room to spread out and adequate privacy. The home is in impeccable condition with the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever experienced. Every single element from the multiple fireplaces (even in the master) to the gorgeous dishes are impeccable. From the moment you walk in the door the house is left in pristine condition for guests —5 star hotel quality. The linens are worthy of sleeping in, the grounds are stupendous with views of rolling hills covered in vineyards. Every room is en suite and each come with large closets and large bathrooms —perfect for extended stays. It was hard to leave the house with it’s cool California charm and every detail executed to perfection. I will be renting this home for years to come. The house manager Tyler is on top of everything and a dream to work with. Honestly this is the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Thanks Tyler!

The house is stunning! So spacious and instantly gives you a sense of comfort, perfect getaway! Fully equipped with whatever you need. The house manager (Tyler) was amazing, and very attentive. Definitely plan to book the house again during the summer.

We had a fantastic stay at the Carr Farm and all wished we didn’t have to leave. The house has everything you might need and more. The location is great - close drive to downtown Sonoma and many surrounding wineries but slightly removed from the busy streets, allowing for a spacious and quiet property to retreat to after wine tasting. Can’t recommend this property enough!

My family spent Christmas 2018 at 1420 Grove and had a fantastic stay! This is wine country living. First off, the setting is perfect with a spacious property set among the vineyards and looking out at the hills. When you enter the gated drive, you feel like you are entering a modern Sonoma farm house setting. You are away from the bustle of downtown Sonoma, but just 3 miles to town where there is plenty to do / eat / shop (not to mention the wineries in the area, of course!). The house is larger that the pictures even suggest. We had five adults and two children and felt more than comfortable. It is perfect for groups as each bedroom has it’s own full bath, giving every room it's own ‘hotel-like’ privacy. The kitchen has top notch appliances and is fully stocked (enjoyed the Jura coffee maker especially!). We cooked our Christmas dinner there and it was a fantastic. It was raining, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool. The workout room, in the barn a short walk away, even has a Peloton, which was a special treat! The house is also decorated exceptionally well. Arriving just before Christmas, we had no expectation that there would be any decorations for Christmas, and even hauled up a few of our decorations to make it a little festive. When we arrived, we were welcomed with a festive, bright and warm home. Our family raved about the home and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setting to spend Christmas. One more point - Tyler, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. David Carr, the owner, even reached out to offer any assistance if we should need it (which we didn’t!). This is a great rental for the true Sonoma experience!
