This house is truly amazing. Clean, spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated. The living space was great with a large island, plenty of space to put your things and a great screened porch. The house was a 10 by itself but what made it even better was the property! We had breakfast from the chicken eggs and garden vegetables several mornings and enjoyed the beautiful heated pool (very warm which was perfect) as well as the covered outdoor area. I only wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home. We hope to return!

We had a great time staying at this Sonoma family farm. Property was well setup and very peaceful. The kids loved the chickens and the pool was nice and heated.

This property is just amazing! The house is so cute and comfortably furnished. I stayed there with 3 friends and we did not want to leave. The new outdoor kitchen area is stunning and the pool area is fabulous! The area where the house is located is quiet and a short drive to Sonoma Square. I cannot say enough good things and we are already talking about planning our next trip! Thank you!!

Truly felt like home away from home. Everything was first class from the moment we booked the property to rent. Very communicative and incredible kind owners to work with. The property was impeccable from every little detail, everything so thought out and beautiful. The fresh farm eggs was such an added bonus! We wanted a place we could go with our friends that we could all be together and enjoy our time in Sonoma and we all said we nailed it with this property. The pool, views, and awesome outdoor space was perfect. We loved it all and will definitely be coming back!

Fig Tree Farm is a charming property in a wonderful part of Sonoma. Derek and Jessica have lovingly renovated the farm to have all the latest finishes and fixtures while retaining the agricultural charm of the area. We loved sitting on the porch drinking our coffee (or wine), splasning in the pool, fetching fresh eggs from the coop, and enjoying all that life in Sonoma has to offer. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a country escape!

The four of us stayed here again as we enjoyed it so much in 2019. The house is clean and has all the necessities needed. We loved having fresh eggs each morning! The addition of the vineyards is pretty to view. Location is perfect as it is close to both Sonoma and Napa. Derek and Jessica are always fast in answering any question we have. We are looking forward to seeing the new landscape project next visit! We had another memorable trip.

The Fig Tree Farmhouse is in a great location which makes Sonoma and the Napa valley accessible. Situated in a small farming community of like acreages, the 5 acre property is very private and charming and has a lot to offer - pool, chickens and vineyard, etc.. With Lou’s luncheonette 1 minute away and the market about 10 mins away it has some conveniences nearby. One consideration about the location is that the property is a half mile down range of a dairy farm which provides the smells of “farm-life”. This didn’t bother us too badly but if you don’t like manure then think again. The property itself is delightful as Derek and Jess have done a great job restoring the house and the grounds. The house is modern with all of the conveniences and is well equipped to make your stay enjoyable. The pool is a great place to hang out and enjoy the Sonoma sunshine - and perhaps you could use the basketball we bought for partying in the pool. And, we had fresh eggs provided by the chickens every morning. Derek was very helpful checking in with us throughout our stay. Overall incredibly diligent in ensuring that we had everything we needed for an incredible four days. So overall the farmhouse offers great value for the money for your stay in wine country. We will be back!!

Such a beautiful experience..The attention to detail and overall experience is 1st class..Who wouldn't want fresh farm eggs daily? Who wouldn't want their own private pool? No need to hesitate on this property as it is a very special and sweet little farm..

We had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. Beautiful relaxing pool. Well designed kitchen. Comfy beds. Kids loved visiting the chickens, and getting fresh eggs for breakfast each day was more enjoyable than I expected. Really nice place.
