Where do I even begin, Art and Karen were the most amazing hosts. From ease of check-in to writing personalized welcome notes, they were an joy to work with. They didn't miss a single detail, they provide maps/directions, notes, and their home has everything you could ever want. I'm talking beautiful landscapes to admire and explore, kitchen filled with all the kitchenware you could ever need, games for everyone (both indoor and out, including a ping-pong table) etc. It was a weekend we will never forget and we're so happy we chose this home. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further.

We rented this BEAUTIFUL home for a church women's retreat and seriously loved it! The house is exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. I hosted a small wedding with 20 guests on this beautiful property. We were all able to sleep comfortably overnight and everyone took advantage of the views at sunset. I loved every little detail of this home, it truly felt like I was inside Snow White's cottage. We were blessed to be able to this Valley Center property for a small, family wedding, which the owners allowed as an exception to their standard policy due to COVID restrictions in so many places. We had 22 family members staying at the house - a full use of all the beds in the house. Every one of the 39 guests found the property to be so peaceful and beautiful. We so enjoyed our three days there. It was like a relaxed family reunion. As we all shared our favorite memories of our time, a number of us listed the venue as the highlight of their time. The owners, Karen and Art, were wonderful throughout the process. We think we'd be friends if we lived nearby. They even jumped in to help reprint some photo place settings in the last hour when we found we had left some at home in Indiana!
