This is our second stay at the wonderful property. First and foremost, the view from the pool deck is simply spectacular. But the tranquility of the koi pond and waterfall in the front of the house is also most inviting. Inside, everything is super clean. When I arrive at a short-term rental property, I typically wash all the dishes and cutlery before I use them. Sometimes linen also. But I did not feel the need to do so here. The kitchen is very well equipped. Appliances are top of the line, and there are small appliances galore: toaster, blender, mixer, coffee maker, expresso, slow cooker. The owners recently added an Instant Pot and an airfyer and both came in very handful during our stay. Knives and pots and pans are also top brand named. Do yourself a favour, check the pantry before you go buy grocery because they have all the spices you ever need. The kitchen is very spacious, with very high ceiling. The island is simply huge with tons of space for food prep.
The owners/managers have thought of everything. For example, there are plenty of bath and beach towels, and I mean PLENTY. All are very thick and fluffy, and in complete sets. There’s a phone app for controlling the pool and spa and it is extremely user friendly. There are charging stations on both ends of the kitchen island, and even USB charging on the bed stand in the master bedroom. We have no problem with the WIFI whatsoever, even with streaming.
This property scores very high on the privacy scale. While it shares part of the long drive way with a neighbor, the front door and the koi pond are not visible by that neighbour. The back of the house comprises a huge outdoor living area, half covered by a canopy , and the pool and spa. I would say only 10% of this back area are within the sight-line of another neighbor about 1,000 feet away, otherwise complete privacy is assured.
I have to say though that after one year, we did notice a bit of wear-and-tear of the property. But that’s totally expected due to its popularity and the hot climate.
