The only thing I would change about the property is we had two kids sleeping on the futon, which is great but there wasn’t a heavier blanket for the kiddos. Perfect location for visiting family in Stapleton and being close to them, easy drive to the airport, and very nice and responsive owner.

Our stay was two adults and five year old. The house was aesthetically pleasing with quality furnishing and finishes. It was also very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Bed was comfortable and linens were nice quality. The neighborhood felt safe and had a great vibe with plenty of green spaces nearby. We had no problem finding parking right out front. Convenient location for appointments at Children’s Hospital locations in Broomfield and Aurora. Had no problem getting Uber Eats and GrubHub deliveries. Manager was quickly responsive when we had a little trouble with a sticky lock. No complaints-would definitely stay again.

The place was very nice and close to my sons house. Had a freezing day and night. Very slippery stairs and porch. When I called the contact they were very nice but lived an hour away and couldn’t be of assistance. We had to crawl up and down the stairs 😧

Everything went perfectly during our quick two-night stay. Great communication from the property manager, and a clean, comfortable, quiet space to rest our heads at night. Took advantage of nearby green spaces for a morning walk. All good.
