Condo was accurate to pictures. Check in/out process smooth and professional. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, which was so welcoming after days in the theme parks in June. Would recommend.

Excellent and spacious condo large enough for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. The pool and got tub were very nice and the view from the condo was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The TV in the master bedroom did not work, but as we we so tired after a full days at the theme parks, it was not an issue for us. The location is also great, short Uber rides to Disney and Universal and restaurants, Starbucks, and Walgreens nearby.

Overall, a nice experience staying at the condo. A little sparse on the supplies (bring salt and pepper and coffee filters if you want them) but overall well stocked and clean. It has plenty of space and a beautiful view. I dinged one star because the owner forgot to send us the check in info the day before and the overnight condo front desk person (we checked in after 11pm) didn’t have our info. We couldn’t get a hold of the owner via phone so had to spend the night at a nearby hotel. We got a hold of him the next day and he was apologetic and refunded us for the the night we didn’t use. Moral of the story is to make sure you get check in info a couple of days ahead of time and let owner know if you will be checking in after 11pm (my fault).

This property is perfectly located to all Disney Parks. End Unit on 10th floor with balcony overlooking lake and pool. Other balcony off Master Bedroom you will be able to see fireworks each night at Parks. Communication with Host was in a very timely manner. Would stay here again.

My family of 4 including two teenagers loved this property. It was very roomy and has great sleeping options for the kids. So great having 2 bathrooms as well. The living room & kitchen are very spacious and has all dishware for an extended stay. . We enjoyed watching the Disney fireworks a few times from one of the balconies. The owner did a good job in accommodating a couple extra days onto our trip which worked out great for us at the last minute. The location is great for walking to nearby shops & restaurants and is in a safe and clean area. The pool area is great and not over crowded, the food at the tiki bar is good too. We met a lot of nice people traveling in from different areas. The staff are very nice and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was so easy, from the booking to the check in. The property was very nice very clean and plenty of parking. I would totally recommend this to friends and families.

Location was easy to get to with lots of restaurant options nearby. The pool and hot tub were very nice after a long day at Universal, well kept and clean. Overall property was clean with a very easy check in/out process. Beautiful views and we were even able to watch the fireworks one night! Minor aesthetic issues, like chipping paint on some of the base boards, but overall an excellent location and stay!
