Outdoor recreation includes: a beach volleyball and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy a coffee at the The Bridge Coffeeshop or have a delicious dinner at the Meeting Point Restaurant. Casual atmosphere, open spaces, clean lines, and neutral colors combine to create an intimate modern vacation home. The ground floor features a spacious open-plan which consists of a flawless gourmet style kitchen with isle, full-equipped with Barbecue Grill and state-of-the-art appliances, and, facing the front street, the cozy and sunny dining space. The sitting area leads to the private lanai which overlooks an open private courtyard featuring a Gourmet Kitchen and modern outdoor furniture. A half-bath and the laundry room with washer/dryer are located in the hallway next to the main entrance door. Throughout the property the simple, elegant, and minimalistic décor maximizes all the ambience. The Skyline Suite is accessed from the living room and has a KingSize bed and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box. Upstairs there are three suites. The Suite Dreams Master bedroom consists of a KingSize bed, a Full Size Sofa bed, a desk, an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box and a walk-in closet. The Time to Unwind Suite consist of two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The Time Stands Still Suite features two TwinSize beds, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with glass enclosure shower box. Featured Amenities: Patio w/ Furniture BBQ Grill ready ! 3 Parking Spaces Cable TV and Smart TV Free Wi-Fi HVAC Alarm Towels & Linen Fully-equipped Kitchen & Laundry Obs.: The Resort Access for restaurant and concierge is included, but the amenities like Pool & Recreational area, Gym Fitness Center, and etc. are controlled by card and requires guests to pay a daily fee of US 100.00 per unit, which gives all guests access for the day, pay at resort as needed. *This resort does not allow Pets* * We charge a refundable damage deposit of $200. This will be processed 2 days prior to your check-in date. The deposit will be fully refunded to you within 3 business days after your checkout, provided there are no damages or violations during your stay.
