The house and the location were nice, we were visiting Legoland so the proximity was nice. The house was clean and comfy, I appreciated the box fan in the closet, as none of the rooms had fans. Checking in was completely unorganized and inconvenient. We got in town a little early and inboxed asking the host if there was an early checkin option. It took a while for them to respond but when they did, the answer was “sure, go ahead in”. Problem was, we were never sent checkin info. No codes, no instructions, no WiFi. The management company blamed the resort and the resort stated it was owned by outside management and not something they deal with. Ultimately, the code sent from the resort did not work and we had to use the hidden key the management company told us about our entire stay.
