We spent a week at the house and enjoyed the location. The security is great. The game room is a great bonus for the bigger kids to spread out. We door dashed a few times and it was easy. Highly recommend.

This house is exactly as advertised. There is plenty of room for a group. The pool was used every day. Our trip was all about Disneyworld and Universal and this house made our vacation perfect. You have a beautiful home and thanks for sharing.

This house was simply incredulous..themed rooms were great, everything worked as should have,pool and tub were great, locale was phenom for all events we did. .i just left two pics of my grandchildren on fridge i wish i could get sent to me back home..love and have reccomended this house already

Quiet and clean. We didn’t have time to use the pool, but did use the hot tub once. It was a great amenity. It was about a 20-25 minute ride to Disney. We had a great time and would stay here again.

excellent property,hosts had equipped the property to cater for every eventuality.safe and secure enviroment and very peaceful.after long flight etc felt relaxed as soon as we walked into the property and felt that way until leaving

Our family really enjoyed our stay. This house is very clean, nicely decorated, and close to both Disney and Universal. The beds we’re comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, and game room. Only wish our vacation was longer. I would definitely book again.

We are frequent visitors to Florida and have stayed in a number of villas over the years and this one is definitely one of our favourites.
The Villa was clean and spacious and we absolutely loved the air conditioned games room (this is the first time we have stayed somewhere with an air conditioned garage and it makes all the difference).
The Villa is close to amenities and Lake Berkley was quiet and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

There was 9 of us and lots of room. Kids loved the pool.

This property is beautiful, fun, clean, well situated, private and provides everything you need.
With children a range of ages, there was plenty of room for them to spread out.
Loved the hot tub and quality pool table. The convenience to Disney and the 192 was valued, as we spent less time travelling and more time having fun.
Jeanette and Brian were responsive and flexible. They gave us great advice and we felt confident that they would resolve any problems quickly. Thankfully there were none!
We hope to return in the future!
