The property was awesome. Three well equipped bedrooms, and kitchen. All the amenities were available, and easy to get to. The property was clean and as advertised. Communication with Mark was easy and quick to respond. Wifi was great. Good location with plenty of shipping and restaurants. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Location was great, we were there for a tournament at OCC. it was 20-30 min depending on traffic. Very cute gated neighborhood and nice amenities. Unit itself a little dated but it was very clean and we would stay again for sure.

This property was perfect and economical. Very clean. The pool/gym/community center is nearby. It’s near to Sam’s Club, Target, and Walmart. The free parking was a plus. I love that there is a washer/dryer right in the unit. The only downfall is the beds are hard and not very comfortable. Besides that, everything else was great.

Location is pretty amazing. It's about 15 mins or so from the Convention center and 10 or so to many attractions. The property itself was clean and showed exactly like the photos and description. The community pool and amenity areas were awesome as well. The family loved the splash pad and pool area.

The location of the house was great, close to ever...
The location of the house was great, close to everything including Disney and Universal. Villa grounds and property are well maintained and secure. This specific villa left much to be desired. Upon initial entry the unit smelled musty and post hurricane Ian we understood why. There is a larger gap under the front door where rain easily gets in and the entire carpeted entry area was soaked. I believe people smoked in the unit as well and based on the discarded cigarettes right outside of the front door that added up. The beds and all furniture and fixtures could use updating. Home was clean for the most part but not up to a high standard. Washer and dryer combo worked but washer was very dirty and musty leaving clean clothes smelling badly. Shower liners were very old, rusted and discoloured and most towels were very stained and old. In the kitchen the oven was clean but very old and the “stovetop on” light was always illuminated. The coffee maker and toaster are both very outdated and work with encouragement only. All in all the property is conveniently located and safe, I would potentially stay at another unit within the property but not again in this specific unit.
